OK so I've been training for the last 8 years , and am ready to take it to the next step, current lifts are 475 sq 265 bp and 485 DL at 150lbs bw, really wanting to start slow, friend recommended anavar so that's where I'm looking to begin, want to do it right with a pct to be smart about it, any input welcome as long as it constructive thanks guys
