What's up fellas,
So I'm not new to gear entirely, I have used a few variations of test, tren, eq, deca, etc. All the basics, how ever I've not yet dipped into the fountain of strength and density that is nandrolone phenylpropionate (Npp).
Currently I'm runny test e @250mg week, along side 30mg day DMZ (LGI Labs), 70mcg clenbuterol, and 65mcg t3.
I am dieting and trying to shed body fat right now, a buddy of mine has reccomended adding npp to the stack or subbing DMZ, and going with a different test.
Ideally I think prop would have been a better choice for my goals, but what I had on hand was 300mg/ml test cypionate so I will be removing the test E, and replacing it with the higher dosed 300mg test C.
Now I really would like to minimize Injections and was originally going to run npp at 100mg every 3 days (e3d), however a buddy of mine (same one who reccomended the npp), suggested pinning 50-100mg every other day (EOD), rather than 100mg, e3d.
Potentially my stack would now be:
Test cyp. 300mg/week
Npp 100mg e3d
Clen 70mcg/day +5mcg every 4th day until leveling off at 100mcg/day
T3 5mcg less than clen per day.
I have yet to decide whether I am going to.overlap the DMZ with the npp, or just wait until it runs out, and go into npp instead.
I would love to hear from some experienced guys on what you think would be ideal, acceptable, and tolerable, thanks.

5'8.75"
216lbs
11-13% bf
Goals is about 9-10% bf, more vascular, grainy. I want to gain strength as well but I can put that off until I go back into a growing phase if needed, however I have heard the npp will help me to get strong.
