Growing Brother
Ok so about a year and 3 months ago I was rather unhappy with my personal appearance. I drank easily 5 nights a week and supported Dunkin donuts, mcdonalds, and Taco Bell like I owned stock in them. After breaking the 250lb mark I had enough. January 7 of last year I started a diet strictly to cut weight. Simply by following a clean diet, training 5-6 days a week, and 3 20 minute cardio sessions ( I hate cardio like no business) I went from 252-255 down to 198lbs.
After dropping the weight I wasn't satisfied and a good friend does body building and he helped me put together a better diet directed towards muscle and strength gains. In about 6 weeks I put on a quick 6-8lbs sitting at the 205lb mark. I have been in the gym my entire life with college baseball, and just being a bigger built guy, but now I had a purpose.
At the end of march I began my first test e cycle of 500mgs a week for 12 weeks. This first cycle took me from 205 up to a peak of 222lbs and I held 216lbs after pct. I took 22 weeks off( 12 week cycle+2 week+6 week pct) and kept on my diet.
The new year brought the time for my next cycle, this time I ran test e a little bit higher at 600mgs and EQ at 600mgs a week for 16 weeks. I am currently in my final 8 days and am pushing 235lbs at this point.
I read info here every single day, I don't say much because my limited knowledge and experience but all of the brothers here (the kings for sure) motivate the hell out of me to keep on going. In the matter of about a year and 2-3 months I could not be more pleased with my gains and look forward to November when I will begin my third cycle. So thanks to this community for the knowledge, advice, help, and motivation.
This was me Xmas before I started dieting on the left, the right is me at 223lbs at about week 9 in this cycle. Since have put on another 10lbs or so. Sorry for the long read fellas but again thanks to all here!
