Hey guys so this is where I will be posting progress. For those of you who have not seem my starting photos and cycle layout please refer to the contest thread. I will have logs and photo updates here soon enough

Haven't fig out my macros as I just learned how to do that. But my diet consists on high protein low fat low carb meals. Steamed veggies. Morning time is a carnivore protein shake which equals 500 grams protein per week. <br />

This was me last sept before I got super sick and lost 19 lbs oh and of course bad holiday eating which I am now paying for. I'm hoping to go beyond this by competitions end.

Lol. Ya buddy steady diet of trip tip. Filet steak and chicken. All low sodium low calorie plus esparagus and steamed veggies no salt no pepper and brown rice no salt. Ugh. Somebody get me a fucking donut and a jack and coke please!!!

OK here we go. Day 10 of cycle. Feeling strong. Well first off I'm a ball player idk if I told anyone that. So besides building wood trusses all day for 45 hours last week I also played 10 ball games in 7 days. Plus 5 workouts. Uh ya I'm sore every where let me tell you.

Bear in mind my arm has been a little effed up from the ball playing so I backed the weight down a little. Been wearing an arm sleeve so I can still lift.

Workout 1- chest day.
Flat bar bench
1 set warmup 185lbs 12 reps

Shit I'm more warn out writing it than I was actually doing it. Lol. I'm sure I did more stuff but that's the bulk of my workout. So only up a pound since we started 211lbs same bf. Maybe less since I only went up one pound i will recalculate after this week is done.

Calf raises from leg day. 355lbs right there. Did 10 reps then after that did 405 lbs and 6 reps.

OK 10 day update. Starting stats on Apr 1 was 210lbs 15.1% bf

Did bf and weigh in. 214lbs and bf down to 12.4%. Feeling good today. A bit sore but that's not a bad thing.

Still have another week before tren really starts showing signs and 2 more before sust is full strength. So being down 3% already in bf while adding 4 lbs is a promising sight to see only ten days in.

Diet still strict. Man it is so hard to not eat junk food. I usually eat anything I want but I'm ultra focused. Girlfriend pushes me to stay on course. Gotta love that.

Week two update.

Well this weekend played in a tournament. Played 7 games. Feeling good tho. Sust is about two weeks out from being full strength. Tren I'm really starting to see some results. Good strength and good vascularity. Did a weigh and bf this am. Up 2 lbs to 216 and bf down from 12.46% to 12.13%. So kick in ass in the cutting aspect.

Meals have been good. Even on my cheat day I barely cheated lol

Just a steady diet of grilled chicken and tritip. No salt mostly just garlic and pepper. Although I sneak a little salt in there sometimes. I'm a salt freak so its hard. Lots of steamed veggies and sauteed esparagus. Brown rice pretty much every lunch and dinner. Protein shakes for bfast. And then one after gym.

Got after it in the gym this week also. Arms days did

6 sets 8 reps with 35#
4 sets 6 reps with 40#
10 sets triceps pull downs pyramid started at 80# and went up to 110# then back down mostly all at 8 reps lighters weights 15 reps
One arm triceps extension same set up started at 30# to 70# and then back
Dips 10 sets 12 reps - ouch. Lol.
Shrugs. Maintenance weight on that. 225# 6 sets 12 reps
And I did some other stuff too but that's the bulk of it.

Its a little hand held thing at my gym. U can buy it online for like $35. Just Google hand held body fat calc

Yea I've used one of those before. If you do those with a high heart rate it will shoot you a lower number tho. Check it before and after a workout to see if there is a drastic change. Just out of curiosity, if you want to.

I just used it after the workout. It say 9.6% bf. But I'm not that low. 12.1% I would say is spot on. As u can see in my starting pics at 15.1% bf you can see all of my abs. And I have dropped 3% bf in two weeks. When I post a pic in two weeks you will see that's its spot on. I even used a bf calculator using body measurements and it came up with the same number. So 12.1% is dead nuts.

update

well things going great , well sort of. kinda hurt my lower abs playing in the tourney. reaching out for a line drive.. very sore hard to sit up so core stuff will be on hold for a while and also my arm is jello from all the throwing. decided to take a day and chill let the body catch up. as far as everything else is going great.

side note - when I started my cycle I had two bottles tren ace so I knew I would need more. went thru them almost already so I ordered some robotren ace. all I can say is wow. sooo smooth. the other tren I had burned like hell but this stuff is awesome didn't feel a thing. if you have an opportunity to try it you should..

Yeah.. take it easy on the core bro.. might need a week or so break from core workouts

Ya I dove for a ball. I'm pretty sure I didn't tear anything but I strained the lower abs by groin area. I'm gonna have to wait on the core stuff.

Ya I have had an umbilical hernia. And had it repaired so I do watch for that. There is no tears or lumps just very sore. Prudence suggest let it do its thing I still got hella time to rock the core till June 23rd

OK so we are three weeks in or so. Feeling awesome. Strength is way up. I'm gaining weight like every couple days. And dropping body fat. But that's mostly due to my diet. Been very strict.

That's why I'm posting today. Since its easter and I'm most likely going to pig out.

Anyway weight is now at 218# and I'm down to 10.8% bf feeling great. Starting to look great. One of my gym buddies was all damn man you are putting on the mass. Lol.

Workouts are all about the same. Had to stop with core stuff because as I posted earlier that I strained something making a diving catch. It seems to feel much better. I'm going to try testing it out tomorrow slowly to see where's it at.

The only complaint I have right now is that my shoulder hurts a little at the very top but only certain movements. Could be a case of over training as I have been smashing those weights like crazy. So I took a couple days off.

Tomorrow I'll be back at it.

Going to start introducing leg workouts. I usually refrain because I play a lot of tournaments and I need my legs. Lol. But I have a break in tourneys for a month the so I'm going to throw in the leg stuff on non game nights.

Other than that I'm kick in ass.

Abs are good and healed but now I pulled an ass muscle doing leg presses

5 sets 15 and 2 sets 25 with 285.

Ugh. By the time this is over I may need a full body compression suit.

Not gonna stop me tho. Push on ......

OK well here goes but I'm not happy about this at all.

I'm still a little bloated from trying to hydrate from the tren dehydrating me so bad that I was stiff in all my joints. So I drank a bunch of water the last few days and it bloated me up. Ugh.

Anyway as of today I'm 220lbs. Still 10.5% bf. I'm sure its lower once this stupid bloating is gone.

Started 5 weeks ago at 205 and 15% bf. So I've still made good progress

Strength is way up. And I'm now starting to work the legs more. So I'll have leg pics later as I make some progress.

Backed the tren off for a couple days now back to it. Feeling fine now. Made some adjustments. Just still really pissed about my abs cause they looked killer like 4 days ago.

Well a small update. Everything is back to normal. Weird sides are gone. Vision problems gone and the dry joints so much better. I'm still holding at 220. And still 10% bf. Bloating finally went away.

My lifts are all up. At least by 20%. I'm feeling strong as shit everyday and wanting to lift for hours.

Was a little concerned there for a week but everything is back on track.

OK update. Dropped a few pounds I'm thinking cause I dropped some body fat. At 218.

All the weird sides are gone I feel strong and loose.

Went to the gym twice today.

I think I might be sore tomorrow really got after it.

Tons of over head press hammer curls triceps work dips leg press and on and on.

Definition is really coming together. And I'm putting on mass really well. Which is why it was weird seeing 2 lbs lighter today when I'm bigger lol.

Its the same way for me too.. I'm 218 right now and as I get leaner and drop a little weight, I seem to look much bigger

This log is awesome. Subbed. KRAZIEONE, what sarms are you using - I think it was wk6-14 you're including ostarine - anything ATM?? I'm really curious because that seems like a steep drop in bf%. Is there some magic to it?! Hopefully that comes off as a little joke. I figure mostly hard work is the answer.
 
No ostarine starts on June 1st and carries into pct. Well, the bf dropping is because I actually am a very lean person naturally but during Xmas time I ate like a fatty pig. Lol. I'm usually always hovering around 10%. So I dropped the 5% quick thru proper eating. Now I really need to work hard to get from 10% to 7%. Very strict diet the last 4 weeks and only running eq and masteron and tren with osta from June first to the end.

So I'm feeling like I hit a wall. Idk maybe I'm just impatient. I feel like I'm not growing fast enough. I workout super hard sets after set till I'm just exhausted. I get good sleep I eat really good. Idk. I just need to keep grinding I guess.
