You can do it. Do 30 minutes of fasted low intensity cardio every morning. I'm talking treadmill at 2.5 speed and 10-15 incline. Just enough to get heart rate to target fat burn and switch on your metabolism. Good luck brother!
 
23 lbs in 9 weeks? i think it's doable. Hooooowwwwwweeeevvveeeerrrr.... that being said do you think that's enough to bring up some for your lagging body parts? Next time do you think you can shave or at least trim those legs so we can get a better look at them? are you cycling carbs or staying steady? as far as cardio I agree with alpha throw but also throw in two 30 min fasted HIIT sessions in the AM to see how your body responds. Keep us updated!

Hahah ya bro I will for sure. Got the wholly mammoth look going on now. I think adding in the tren will give some of the improvements I'm looking for. Legs have been tough because I partially separated my quad muscle from where it attaches above the knee. The other knee has a partially torn meniscus from football. They meassure just at 28.5 right now.

Free weight squats are almost completely done for me. Machines and smith only at this point.

There's been so many times over the past coupke years where I just gave out and landed on my ass bro. Fucking sucks. I'm just happy I can train to some degree again.

Well fuck it... I'm gonna try and do it. 9 weeks I think I can do it.

I also wanna put out there that this prep is 110% lone wold. No coahes, no nothing. I've done a lot of prep work in the past with other friends that compete. I have not only the basics of posing pretty much covered but have also worked on some decent transitions. Posing for me is 30 min a day after training.

Diet. I'm not really in the normal catagory with diet. I kinda fly by the seat of my pants when it's for myself and stick to what works. I've done a lot of experimenting over the last two years and think I have a foundation and the know how of what needs to be done.

Cycling. Well I'm probably never gonna have that perfect. There is always something better to do there.

Il keep updating this freaquently.
I got a supportive girl with me every step of the way, some good determination. Luckily Ive been heavily exposed to everything I need by friends who compete and I trained with back home.

The show is also right down the block. No travel for me to this one.

I may try a small test run in the fall just to see how my body reacts and if I get any sides. If all goes well I ill drop the training wheels and go bigger in the winter lol.

Since your receptors are fresh and you wanna recover properly, I would just proceed as planned. I would pass on the small test run. You can always drop it during your planned cycle if you need to.

Haha thanks brother. Giving it my all now. Trying to put this hardwork to the reward I've always wanted.
I'm not taking home any Sandows I accept that but I have a few more obtainable goals in my sights with bodybuilding. I plan to end my game at the IFBB and potentially. From there I should be in my 30's and I wanna then focus my effort to help those who DO have the potential to take home a Sandow or do big things, achieve that goal.

Increase training frequent to at least a leg subgroup 3 times a week is my plan. Again I gotta stuck to machines anyway. recovery from hitting it hard is not a huge issue.

Once the girl comes back to town after visiting family Il have her take some pics. The mirror isn't a good representation really. My quads are actually quite vascular in person but it's not picking up.

So may be looking in to a coach here soon. Not for any real reason other than validation. Also one of the judges with the most pull in my league happens to be a posing instructor. Thinking about just hitting a couple classes to get the exposure.

Weighed in at 245. Still leaning out as planned. Abbs are back finally. Feeling leaner and meaner every day.
Managed to consistantly hit my carbs under 275 with the exception of re-feeds.

May be upping tren dose from 600mg to 800mg. Still undecided though.

yeah the hair makes a hell of a lot of difference. I can see your vastus medialis even with shitty light and the mirror being all doodoo, so that's good. for me even at a higher bf% My legs are stupidly vascular, like i think i'm near 12% ish and i have feathering in my vastus lateralis and striations in the medialis. hammys? not so much hahaha... but then again i'm doing, well trying to do a physique show. But you look good man keep up the hard work and keep chiseling away at those legs and please don't forget calves, if i've seen it once i've seen it a thousand times haha. Right now it seems like you have everything figured out just need the time for it to show. I like your idea of single aspects three times. I myself do hammy/glutes on, well today actually, and quads on sunday. calves both days of course. I try to stay away from heavy squats, got arthritis in the back from the marines but keep up the good work man! p.s. damn bruh how many threads you need?

Thank man. Ya I have seen continued improvement as well. Never forget the calves lol. That's my biggest gripe with Dennis Wolf man hahah. Huge ass legs but calves are just not there.

Still feelin super flat and just out of it but here we go.
These next 7 weeks are just about finesse. Gotta determine what most muscular to finish it all with. It's about a minute exact here wich is all the time I have. I don't wanna end on a side tri though so gonna work on squeezing two most muscular poses in the end with a nice little waive. Lol.

I do them twice a week currently. Now we are about to hit week 6 and that will drop to one per week.

Still just flat. Can't get a pump to save my life. Lol.

No no clen or alb. I had a heart issue when I was young with rapid heart beat. I tried clen once and it brought that right back. I really wanted yohimflame but it's out of stock.
