Legs have been tough because I partially separated my quad muscle from where it attaches above the knee. The other knee has a partially torn meniscus from football. They meassure just at 28.5 right now.23 lbs in 9 weeks? i think it's doable. Hooooowwwwwweeeevvveeeerrrr.... that being said do you think that's enough to bring up some for your lagging body parts? Next time do you think you can shave or at least trim those legs so we can get a better look at them? are you cycling carbs or staying steady? as far as cardio I agree with alpha throw but also throw in two 30 min fasted HIIT sessions in the AM to see how your body responds. Keep us updated!
Free weight squats are almost completely done for me. Machines and smith only at this point.

Since your receptors are fresh and you wanna recover properly, I would just proceed as planned. I would pass on the small test run. You can always drop it during your planned cycle if you need to.I may try a small test run in the fall just to see how my body reacts and if I get any sides. If all goes well I ill drop the training wheels and go bigger in the winter lol.

Did a partial trim. I wear shorts at work. Ain't ready to take all the shit from everyone yet lol.
Injuries aside, I think my legs sort of stayed at least somewhat with the rest of my body. Definitely need improvement but over 9 weeks on 600mgs of tren I think I can bring them up. Increase training frequent to at least a leg subgroup 3 times a week is my plan. Again I gotta stuck to machines anyway. recovery from hitting it hard is not a huge issue.

Thank man. Ya I have seen continued improvement as well. Never forget the calves lol. That's my biggest gripe with Dennis Wolf man hahah. Huge ass legs but calves are just not there.yeah the hair makes a hell of a lot of difference. I can see your vastus medialis even with shitty light and the mirror being all doodoo, so that's good. for me even at a higher bf% My legs are stupidly vascular, like i think i'm near 12% ish and i have feathering in my vastus lateralis and striations in the medialis. hammys? not so much hahaha... but then again i'm doing, well trying to do a physique show. But you look good man keep up the hard work and keep chiseling away at those legs and please don't forget calves, if i've seen it once i've seen it a thousand times haha. Right now it seems like you have everything figured out just need the time for it to show. I like your idea of single aspects three times. I myself do hammy/glutes on, well today actually, and quads on sunday. calves both days of course. I try to stay away from heavy squats, got arthritis in the back from the marines but keep up the good work man! p.s. damn bruh how many threads you need?

Ya haha a buddy of mine told me that same thing. I just hate to be that douche at the gym. Also training alone lol. I do when I go to my hole in the wall gyms. But your right. Il need to get more consistant on it.haven't been on at all this weekend because of school, which is kicking my ass, but you look good dallas. One piece of advice or tip, is in between sets about 30 seconds before you start another set hit a pose that involves the working muscle. i.e. iso contractions i know every one knows about this but hold it for 15-20 seconds helps your neuro pathways.
