Smolov Squat Training + Test C cycle !

So here is my update so far for this program combined with test C cycle !!

Working off 365 1 rep max on Smolov Apps ( and right now on 5th week , I am working off 410 1 rep max ,even tought I did not make that weight yet , they said to increase weight if too easy )

Monday - Smolov Squats + Arms

Tuesday - Smolov Squats + Chest

Wednesday - Smolov Squats + Upper back

Thursday - Smolov Squats + Abs

Friday - Chest

Saturday - Shoulder and Abs

Finished 5th week of the program so now I gotta test my max Backsquat . I added Ostarine 25 mg on week 5 ( monday )

I worked yesturday on 10 sets of 3 reps at 365 ( wich was my 1 rep max pr at the start ) , I gotta say it is very hard on the body .

My right quad is hurting and affecting my knee .. I am not sure if it is because I am pinning quad and I used my quad on squats as it was still sore or it is just a squat pain but I am checking it out tomorow !!

So 1 rep max test next week then 2 week off to start the Intense Cycle !

Just logging this since I think it is pretty cool haha , my quad is looking better already :)

Curious to know what your squat training was before you started the smolov. The reason I ask, is if you were squatting 1-2 times a week to suddenly squatting 4 days in a row, it could explain the quad pain. Also, make sure form is spot on. Always good to keep that in mind but especially important when adding so much more volume to 1 specific exercise.
 
2-3 times a week before but not in a row ... And my form is nearly perfect ... I could improve some on the flexibility !! I am getting check tomorow morning ! Tricep hurting a little bit and quad ...i pushed so hard .. Thanks it is my deload week .. Except for the max rep squat !
 
If your quad/knee is bothering you, you could give n2joint rx a try.

I have a bump knee from playing AAA hockey and it has really helped.

Your program interests me. How is the delayed onset muscle soreness from squatting so many days per week?
 
I am thinking about smolov bench after all but mist be hard on the shoulder !! No soreness on the squat at all .. My not juiced friend tought .. Is always sore and he has to skip some of the day !!!!
 
so my quad is breakdown but I am pretty sure I squatted on it too early after pinning and I was very sore ! .. good thing is I am in my 3 week kind of off squatting on the program !! I will make sure it heal and keep going :D ... The gain are crazy on this .. I have people telling me about my physique or weight every day !! :)

I will be trying my 1 rep max this week to see the improvement then it will be my 2 week deload on the program ... For now i am pinning left quad only to give my right quad a brake since it has alot of micro break in it

Okay .. I am happy as hell right now ... I just got 415 Backsquat ... I know it is low of most of you but it is amazing for me !!!! ...... this is 50 pounds increase in 6 weeks !!! :))) ... and I started my journey 1 years and half

ago at 185 pounds backsquats and now it is at 415 ... Couldnt be more happy right now !!!

It is my deload week for all my muscle ( I am litteraly dead from training so hard ) but now it paying offf ! :)

The amount of people jealous right now are trought the roof in my town LOL !
 
Starting back this week for the PART 2 of the smolov squat program :)

My test c cycle is ending at the same time !

This is how I look now but I will be going hard on nutrition !!!

Sadly it is not my goal ... To be under any % of fat + I just started a new diet and will be even lower but thanks I guess haha
