New here. Done some good research on Sarms and this stuff looks promising. I thought about running a steroid cycle but im 23 and don't really want to mess with possible side effects. I'm more interested in using SARMs as a performance enhancer for my sport. I'm a pitcher and currently sit 88-91. I would like to add a couple more mphs. As i do understand that PEDs do not make the athlete, I'm just interested in using them for a little more power output.
I was just hoping to get input on dosing and timing. I'm thinking that the triple stack will be my best bet (please correct me if I'm wrong). Plan on running :
1-8 ostarine @ 25mg in the a.m.
1-8 s4 @ 50mg split dosage a.m./p.m.
1-8 GW @ 20mg split dosage a.m./p.m.
alongside hcgenerate and an AI (i have very slight gyno from puberty )
Mini pct 8-12 hcgenerate es and Nolvadex
Do these dosages and timings look good? Are there any benefits to dosing something before a workout? And is this the best stack for performance?
Just some other info: I'm 6'2 195 between 12-14% bf. (Wouldn't mind dropping a few). Ill be lifting heavy for legs and core 2 times a week and upper body once. And doing baseball specific throwing (overload/underload) twice a week.
Ill be following Carb backloading because i love it and its worked for me.
