Hey guys,

Do you guys still inject if your delta are still sore from last injection? Definitely never doing glutes again so I wanted to do delts again but delt is still a little sore. Thoughts?

I move my Injection Sites around to give myself time to Heal, don't want a lot of Scar Tissue to build up.

Have you tried the Outer Quads.
Go 2/3 rds up from the Knee, and 1/2 way down from the Top of the Quad (rectus femoris) to the Indent where the Vastus Lateralis comes in.
That's my Favorite spot, and when done correctly, No Pain and Little Bleeding................................. JP

Yeah unfortunately I'll have to give the quads a try tonight. Hopefully it goes well

I'd really give the glutes another try. They are generally the least painful, until they are full of scar tissue that is.

Just Go Slow, don't push in Too Quickly.
I use Both Hands to Steady the Syringe, this way it's not bouncing In and Out.................................. JP

But Bostin Lloyd says, "Don't go all slow, just pound it in!" Lol. Seriously though, that is why I have a tough time with delts and arms because I can't grab it with two hands. Quads are a great spot though.

Try to rotate as many injection sites as possible into your regular injection schedule to reduce the amount of scar tissue that builds up. Pin in slightly different locations each time. Especially in bigger muscle groups like quads and glutes. Inject roughly an inch away from the area you used your last site.

The most common injection sites are outer quad, glutes, side deltoid, chest and lat.

Always stick to glutes. If not glutes - then delts. Are your both delts sore? Maybe then give quads a try, but usually glutes is the least painful and easiest way to do it.

Why don't you want to do the injection in the glutes? This is absolutely the best injection spot on the human body, and it is very hard to do anything wrong there. You can do the injection in the sore place, but I would not do so if possible, and would rather opt for a fresh new place to go. Try rotating your injection spots as much as possible for best results and least pain.

I would rotate more if you are having soreness. You may not have to as much as your technique gets better. I agree with giving glutes another try. They are easy to pin.
