Pre Bedtime GH Boosting Cocktail

Thought I'd share something I use to help significantly boost GH levels before bed:

6g Organic Mucuna Pruriens powder
5g Arginine
5g Citrulline Malate(or 3g Citrulline)
5g Leucine
1mg Melatonin

Should send GH levels soaring compared to normal...

However one of the best ways to raise GH is to fast for 24 hours which has been shown to boost GH levels by up to an astounding 2000%
 
AAKG would be even better.

all of this needs to be taken on en empty stomach or it will do jack sh!t

Yes, forgot to mention that, make sure its been at least 2 hours since your last meal...3 would be even better...although it might be OK as long as it doesn't raise insulin levels high, as GH and insulin have an inverse relationship(ie, when insulin rises, GH falls), but to be safe an empty stomach would be best

Havent seen an article on AAKG regarding GH boosting, all of them used straight L Arginine...I'll do some more searching

you could also add acetylcholine throughout the day it will inhibit somatostatin which is a GHIH(growth hormone inhibiting hormone) stop your body from producing somatostatin this will allow longer GH pulses. huperzine a

Low dose melatonin does the same thing as does Arginine

In addition to the GH release, this would be good stuff to have in the blood stream while sleeping. Good stuff!

Yeah I'm surprised more people don't use Mucuna Pruriens in PCT as its been shown to boost both FSH and T while lowering Prolactin, boosting dopamine, and drastically boosting sperm health.

In fact its so effective at boosting dopamine without sides like L-Dopa has, it is used in Parkinson's patients...another example of natural compounds outperforming synthetic drugs without the sides, lol...

I've tried to Fast so many times.
It gives me a Really Bad Headache around 14 Hrs in.
I do the AAKG in the Day Time.
At Night before Bed it's ZMA..........................................................JP

ME TOO!!!! I use to rave about it on elite fitness and it would be ignored because of all the hyped expensive stuff. It has amazing effects on both testosterone and GH at least according to science.

Add nascent iodine to your stack!!!

Trust me it's worth it. You can get it for 25-30 bucks for a month supply.

Wait a minute! I do eight pins/day at the moment. What's wrong with that? LOL! And before anyone flips, most are slin pins. The one 25g 5/8" pin is 2ml's tren suspension (100mg), and 1ml (100mg) test suspension pre w/o. The rest are GH, and injectible BCAA's.

Do you need caber when you use tren suspension like that for every workout?
