hey guys, so I've been injured the first week of my cycle and had a cracked rib, however i still go and lift somewhat heavy like 70% of my max when i go to the gym as i wrap up my rib and go, but i was thinking about taking it really easy for the next week, and maybe even take a week off and continue my dosage of 500mg test400 (testp,e,c) and, anavar which ill pro not use now till starting of 4th week...
but what would happen, would i loose a considerable amount of gains taking time off once I'm done my cycle,my rib feels much better then it did 5 days ago, i was pretty much dying breathing LOL, i think it might take me 2-3 weeks to fully recover and its been one week so far, will see how it feels 2nd week and train accordingly, and slowly go up in weight...i might cut down workout days to 4 days for the next 2 weeks instead of 6...
Also, has anyone done high rep training on there cycle, i was thinking about doing high rep training for 2 weeks until my rib recovers, how are the gains afterwards when you guys are done from a hypertrophy cycle instead of strength?
PS. i think i can still salvage my cycle coming down to the last 7 weeks of it, ill train hard and do 2 a days with 5000 calorie diet.
