urgent advice needed!

hey guys, so I've been injured the first week of my cycle and had a cracked rib, however i still go and lift somewhat heavy like 70% of my max when i go to the gym as i wrap up my rib and go, but i was thinking about taking it really easy for the next week, and maybe even take a week off and continue my dosage of 500mg test400 (testp,e,c) and, anavar which ill pro not use now till starting of 4th week...

but what would happen, would i loose a considerable amount of gains taking time off once I'm done my cycle,my rib feels much better then it did 5 days ago, i was pretty much dying breathing LOL, i think it might take me 2-3 weeks to fully recover and its been one week so far, will see how it feels 2nd week and train accordingly, and slowly go up in weight...i might cut down workout days to 4 days for the next 2 weeks instead of 6...

Also, has anyone done high rep training on there cycle, i was thinking about doing high rep training for 2 weeks until my rib recovers, how are the gains afterwards when you guys are done from a hypertrophy cycle instead of strength?

PS. i think i can still salvage my cycle coming down to the last 7 weeks of it, ill train hard and do 2 a days with 5000 calorie diet.

You might make some serious gains going lower weight higher rep if your body isn't used to it. Go til the muscle burns and feels like it will explode out of the skin and then pump out 10 more agonizing reps. This is what I would do if I were hurt.
 
Shoot if it is your first week just stop and give your rib some time to heal. Then start cycle. 1 week in and quitting isn't going to hurt you. If you were day half way in, then it's a different comversatiom
 
I switched to low weight high rep 2 weeks ago. Ill say this i look thicker ....i believe my muscle was overworked of heavy weights i even feel a lil better ill probably stick to it another week then go heavy again for 3 weeks. So yes imo you can make gains going higher reps. Like mentioned if body not used to it especially

This. High rep training is great for inducing hypertrophy because it fills the muscle with blood and forces it to expand. I always incorporate high rep work into my regiment

Jacked up my elbow pretty badly last year. Had to do chest and especially tricep reps at low weight. Worked fine. Decent gains. You are tempted to push it, but you can't. Just up the reps and the sets. But make sure you are letting your rib heal. Not worth pushing it.
 
well I'm alsmot done 2nd week of injections, and my balls are pretty much gone LOL but ya i think ill keep going because if i was to start pct i would have to start 14 days from last injection, and by then i think my rib would be goodtogooo, and ya I'm thinking of doing high reps for the next week, getting rock tape to put on my ribs hopefully it'll helps with recovery.

and ya i just wan an life a shitload of weight thats what i feel like right now on crank...first cycle by the way guys fucking injury-_- was killing it the week before doing arnolds blueprint, will prob do high reps till after next week and restart arnold when my gears fully kicked in.
