Hi everyone,

This is my first time creating a log here, so please feel free to let me know if I’ve missed anything important.

🔹
Stats:
  • Age: 39
  • Height: 5’9” (175 cm)
  • Current Weight: 87 kg
  • Body Fat: ~20–22% (estimated)
I’m fairly lean and vascular, but most of the fat is around my belly and love handles.

💉

Current Protocol:

I was having difficulty managing my estrogen, so I added Primo and Mast and increased my TRT dose. Currently pinning daily.
  • Test Cypionate: 175 mg/week
  • Masteron Propionate: 70 mg/week
  • Primobolan: 90 mg/week
  • Reta (Retatrutide): 1 mg/week
  • Cialis: 5 mg/day
  • Aromisin on hand
  • Nolva on hand

💊
Supplement Stack:
  • Omega-3
  • Vitamin C
  • Coq 10
  • Probiotic
  • Milk Thistle
  • Vitamin D3
  • Glucosamine
  • Men’s Multivitamin
  • Magnesium Bisglycinate
  • Psyllium Husk
  • Creatine
  • Ordered (on the way):
    • NAC
    • TUDCA
    • Citrus Bergamot
    • Astragalus Root

🏋️‍♂️

Training Routine:
  • Cardio: 4x per week (treadmill, steady pace)
  • Weight Training: 4x per week

📊

Recent Blood Work Highlights (Concern Areas):
  • HDL: 0.88 mmol/L (34 mg/dL)
  • ALT: 56 U/L
  • Creatinine: 121 µmol/L (1.37 mg/dL)
  • Ferritin: 18.7 µg/L (18.7 ng/mL)
  • Prolactin: 12.0 µg/L (12 ng/mL)
❓

Looking for Advice:

I’m considering increasing my test dosage to 300 mg/week, with small adjustments to Primo and Mast as well. My HCT is also high a bit , but I donate blood every 2 months.

However, I’m concerned about:
  • HDL
  • Liver enzymes
  • Kidney function
  • Ferritin
  • Prolactin

Higher test 300mg/week Dose adjustment worth ?
  • Whether this adjustment is worth the risk
  • If I should fix these markers first
  • Any protocols or stack tweaks you’d recommend

Thanks in advance for the support.

@Fab10 very good log start :D thanks for sharing, you are now a big part of the EVO family!
But to get this log approved and properly advise you, please share a picture of you face blurred so we can understand your base, that's a must for us.

Welcome mate, I assume you’re trying to cut/diet down if that is the case I’d just stay at the dosages you’re on, you really don’t need much to support muscle retention whilst dieting. Your supporting supplements will help with your lipids/HDL but so will a healthier bf percentage 👌🏽 your current HDL isn’t bad and for majority of people on PED’s it will likely always be slightly skewed
