This is an amazing job on this leg training. @moreReps21 romanian deadlifts are very good to do. They have a lot of benefits, and they really work at strengthening the body.

Feeling great, the carbs seem to be fitting it well. Still get abit hungry between my meals but nothing I cant handle. When introducing the EQ at some point if I get the ramp up in appetite, might be in trouble lol..

Overall feeling good. Though some days(like today) I'm noticing a bit more fatigue than I'm used too. I don't think it has to do with my food intake at all but more so maybe a higher e2 than my body might like. Can only guess at this point, got bloodwork set for tomorrow. Was a mentally hard leg day to get through and that's normally not the case. Just been telling myself I'm being soft and keep pushing through anyway. Also coming off of 2 weeks of night shift at work maybe just a bit worn out from the switch..

Well, seems going from 120mg (1x/week) pharma test to 150mg (EOD) Nordic Fusion's test jumped my levels up quite significantly. Both test's taken at the trough before pinning right afterwards.

With the 120mg 7 days after pinning and 150mg 48hrs after. It seems I need to lower my weekly dose to consider this true TRT. Might need to aim for 90-100mg based on the results from these numbers. @LevButlerov what you think?

I think this is another reason we should deal with high quality labs like @Fusion Canada :D @moreReps21
I found a lot of users of Nordic Fusion gear get better results and high quality gains and this proves it.

You should stay at 150mgs,it's working for you, we need to get post refeed pics too.

I see no reason why you can't stay at the 150mg of NF Test I really liked your bloodwork tbh there's no reason to move up or down atm.

Normally would push through the small amount of pain and 50%+ of the time I wake up and cant move the next day. So took it easier following that this time. Some mental progressive overload I'll call that lol..

Smart move holding off on the back training. That's a mature move. Wish I could be that smart lol.

Man the snow we got was unreal. Shoveling all that was workout enough.

Go slow with the back, lets get a deload for 3 days no training just light cardio but keep macros same @moreReps21

TRT: 105mg/week - EOD - changed my weekly amount, want to see what my true TRT dose will be. So when I choose to pump the test higher I know where I'd want to bring it back down to. I don't need it sitting permanently as high as the 150mg had it.

Will test again in about 6 weeks. By then I'll know where I'd comfortably land and possibly start to ramp the test up.

good rest day :D 105mgs is a good start but i think dropping test not needed imo @moreReps21 if anything i think we need to bump up before you close cycle

Weren't you running a dose similar to 105mg back when you started TRT with that clinic? I remember you being on a low dose before for some reason.

ya was doing 120mg 1x/week and on the day before injecting(7 days later trough level) I was on the top of the total/free/e2 ranges with free being slightly over. I can only assume but based on my most recent bloods that even at 105mg, I might still be over the ranges pinning EOD.

Oh ya that's right. You were a heavy aromatizer, that's why I remembered the low dose test.

Could be interesting to find out exactly what TRT dose works well for you. You're not in a rush to start that cycle right so why not figure it out now and see how you feel at the same time.

What would you suggest I do instead? I was only doing it because I think that would get me to the top of the ranges without going too much over. And I don't consider what I've been doing a cycle at all. More so just finding my correct dose. Do you think I should ramp it up instead, then go down after pushing it?

You know I'm a ''newbie'' to all of this so I value your opinion.

Lets give it a week or so and see how my weight keeps moving. It's been trending up fairly well this last week with the holiday feasts lol. I'd like to get back to what I've been used too for a bit and see if it continues or levels out. Averaging ~1.1lbs/week currently I don't want to accelerate the pace any higher weekly than that. Up ~10.2lbs so far in 65 days.

I'm glad you're gonna stick with 150mgs until the end too! Might as well see it through and then calibrate your TRT range dose after.

Your protein has been 320+ for months now with carbs high too I love it. This is working for me big time and it's my first go with these macros in years!

And agreed on the no more snow LOL!

Been busy with getting back to work after the holidays. Everything still on track, just paused the posting briefly. Although with my log all's you gotta do is take a look back at the previous postings lol. I'm quite simple and repetitive so almost seems not worth it as I've always personally logged and keep track on my end.

Pumps have been feeling nice with these carbs. Somedays better than others for whatever reason, but overall good.
