- Exciting news 2 days ago I received my package of Tbol and plan to take it next Wednesday going into the 5 week. I plan to do 20mg a day for a week to see how well I take it. And if everything goes well take 30mg a day for 4 weeks.
-also done pretty well with eating trying to stay consistent
