**Best my bench has felt in a few weeks. Shoulders felt great. Lift was strong. Didnt want to ruin it by going for more.

**Felt much more comfortable with this lift today. Greatly improved.

Flat flys 3x12x25kg
**Felt better again as shoulders dealt with the low stretch must better.

HGH-22K - @Gene-Tropin
W1D6 - Sleep was difficult last night. We are interstate with friends. Humidity in extremely high at 90% and they don't have A/C . That I slept at all in a room over 28c at all is a miracle.
One amazing thing though is my skin is still noticeably clearer all over. When I am usually in this type of climate my skin goes to shit almost instantly ever time. This time it has not.
Joints are still feeling good, and my bench session proved it is getting better all the time as pain was minimal.
Tomorrow I will move to IM so we can see what the differences are in uptake and distribution.

Test E & Deca - @Southern Cross Labs
Feeling primed for my new stage now that everything is in place.
Deca is already proving to be a cut above with joints feeling really good as week went on.
I might bump my Test E and Deca a smidge in 4 weeks but will discuss with the legend @Southern first.
I want to wring everything I can out of this next 12 weeks and have something entirely new and awesome at the end.

Seriously not much else that I can say today. Best to leave my thoughts exactly where they are today...privately bubbling away.

Southern Cross Labs - Cycle update
So after some discussion with SCL it has been decided that over the next 12 weeks I am going to give a massive push and see where we end up. I guarantee it will an epic change in all ways.
Both Test E and Deca have been significantly increased and I will be adding Eq into the mix. This should help keep e2 in check with the Proviron. Though of course this will be closely monitored.
I will also be adding something completely new in Dbol in the last 4 weeks.
HGH will continue as well.
I will obviously log daily on everything and how I am feeling as we progress.
Today was the first 250mg pin on Test E and 200mg Deca. No issues at all. Pins were smooth and I have had a little buzz all day which carried to my training which was excellent today.

This next cycle push is going to be really exciting. I have never used these amounts before and the science-y part of me is just itching to see what happens.
Even today the little buzz hit I got was a bit fascinating. Knowing that everything I will be taking is of the highest quality from @Southern makes it even more fun because I can totally concentrate on how each compound works in me without concern.
I have said it many times before, it's going to be great journey. 😁

meal 1 can you add oatmeal 1/2 cup?

meal 3/4/6 can you add 2 walnuts to each meal and 1/4 of a yam or sweet potato? :D

Ever use elbow sleeves for bench? I see you wear the SBDs on the knees im a huge fan of mine too but curious to get your opinion on elbow sleeves

Thanks bro. No I have a pair of spud in elbow sleeves but I only use them if my elbows are playing up. And that hasn't happened for ages 🤞
I am incorporating a bit more high volume stuff, especially on isolation exercises to assist with a few aches and pains here and there. I will always gravitate to PL brother 🩵
 
Hey I meant to ask why the change from Sus to Enantate? I was thinking about getting some Sus to cruise on after my cycle. Thought maybe I wouldn’t have to pin as much

Southern Cross Labs - Cycle update
So after some discussion with SCL it has been decided that over the next 12 weeks I am going to give a massive push and see where we end up. I guarantee it will an epic change in all ways.
Both Test E and Deca have been significantly increased and I will be adding Eq into the mix. This should help keep e2 in check with the Proviron. Though of course this will be closely monitored.
I will also be adding something completely new in Dbol in the last 4 weeks.
HGH will continue as well.
I will obviously log daily on everything and how I am feeling as we progress.
Today was the first 250mg pin on Test E and 200mg Deca. No issues at all. Pins were smooth and I have had a little buzz all day which carried to my training which was excellent today.

An interesting 24 hours with Evo to say the least. Anyway.......a valuable lesson in not getting caught in politics was re-learned and life goes on.

This next cycle push is going to be really exciting. I have never used these amounts before and the science-y part of me is just itching to see what happens.
Even today the little buzz hit I got was a bit fascinating. Knowing that everything I will be taking is of the highest quality from @Southern makes it even more fun because I can totally concentrate on how each compound works in me without concern.
I have said it many times before, it's going to be great journey. 😁

I am amazed that the Deca is already proving to be a cut above with joints feeling really great, especially my right knee.
The Eq arrives later this week and will be added immediately. I have also ordered HGH through @Southern and as this is possibly a brand new item coming to his already impressive list in might take a couple of weeks to get here. Happy to wait for this.
I really want to wring everything I can out of this next 12 weeks and have something entirely new and awesome at the end.

The blast is on and I felt really strong for the third day in a row in the gym. Weights moved really well. Really good early sign of significant strength gains to come I think.
It is only day 3 after all.
Mood is great and confidence is sky high at the moment. All my health markers are excellent and my body is feeling healthy and energised not worn out.
I am feeling very chill and relaxed until I hit the gym actually and then my focus is spot on. Will increase my food slightly tomorrow on advice from @LevButlerov . It will be mostly in carbs.

Big man ! Good log update, EQ on its way tomorrow, should he a nice add on the cycles looking fat as fuck now and youve got everything else locked in. Obviously food is the main driver here thats on point but Im so keen for you to hit that final 4 weeks and start logging the dbol too.

I like the DB rear delts. How do you set them up? I did them chest/ bench supported in my last program and the light weights felt heavier (with less rhomboid).

Do the seed feeders you put up attract many different sorts of wild birds? Looks as if the king parrots like them!
I got my *baby cassowary* 😉 a seed stick, but he didn’t care for it, so I gave it to the cockatoos who hang out on my balcony - they loved it! 🤣

I am really looking forward to this myself. In 3 days and it has been different, particularly strength wise. I have always just done them old school and bent over quite honestly. As long As I properly engage my core, the weight isn't high enough to cause issue in my back. I have pretty good rear delts so I don't need to be too specific in total isolation. Benefits of powerlifting I think.

We have the seed rings and all of the parrots love them. We get at least 4 varieties of parrots regularly and the tiny wrens love them to. Your baby is very cute. I am thinking of a Cockatiel as they are a lot of fun 🩵

The blast is on and I felt really strong for the third day in a row in the gym. Weights moved really well. Really good early sign of significant strength gains to come I think.
It is only day 3 after all.
Mood is great and confidence is sky high at the moment. All my health markers are excellent and my body is feeling healthy and energised not worn out.
I am feeling very chill and relaxed until I hit the gym actually and then my focus is spot on. Will increase my food slightly tomorrow on advice from @LevButlerov . It will be mostly in carbs.

I am really looking forward to this myself. In 3 days and it has been different, particularly strength wise. I have always just done them old school and bent over quite honestly. As long As I properly engage my core, the weight isn't high enough to cause issue in my back. I have pretty good rear delts so I don't need to be too specific in total isolation. Benefits of powerlifting I think.

We have the seed rings and all of the parrots love them. We get at least 4 varieties of parrots regularly and the tiny wrens love them to. Your baby is very cute. I am thinking of a Cockatiel as they are a lot of fun 🩵

No, ceased the HGH (obviously) and honestly there is no difference in my sleep at all. I will revisit in a few weeks through SCL after this cycle really gets going. Maybe the Eq will sort me out anyway 🤣🤣🩵

Without my Evo fam to pick me up and drive me onwards I would stumble more often than I do. I also get amazing help from the brothers and sisters here on diet, some training changes, and supps advice.
Now I have @Southern Cross Labs supporting me every inch of the way through this current cycle.
No matter how much I think I could do this on my own, reality is I need all the help I can get.

No brother it was absolutely fine once it actually dissolved. I had zero side effects from it and it worked great as far as I could see.
Situation is I finished the only vial I had last night, so now I will wait until SCL can get some in.
With such a large increase in everything else during this cycle, since I have to stop with my current HGH supply I figure it is better to let it clear my system. Then when I start it will be a clean slate. 🩵

No pins today, with my second 250mg Test E for the week tomorrow. After that we are getting into territory I have not been before.
I am amazed that the Deca is already proving to be a cut above with joints feeling really great, especially my right knee.
The Eq arrives later this week and will be added immediately. I have also ordered HGH through @Southern and as this is possibly a brand new item coming to his already impressive list in might take a couple of weeks to get here. Happy to wait for this.
I really want to wring everything I can out of this next 12 weeks and have something entirely new and awesome at the end.

The blast is on and I felt really strong for the third day in a row in the gym. Weights moved really well. Really good early sign of significant strength gains to come I think.
It is only day 3 after all.
Mood is great and confidence is sky high at the moment. All my health markers are excellent and my body is feeling healthy and energised not worn out.
I am feeling very chill and relaxed until I hit the gym actually and then my focus is spot on. Will increase my food slightly tomorrow on advice from @LevButlerov . It will be mostly in carbs.
Really enjoying this new journey so far.

I've never been able to figure out how to eat oats lol. My son actually made some overnight oat bowls, mixed it with greek yoghurt and added some berries to it. He said it turned out good.

Second 250mg Test E for the week was this morning and was smooth as once again. Now we are into territory I have not been before as far as PEDs go.
I feel great. Sides at present are a couple of spots as my body gets used to the increases.
Deca again tomorrow and then hopefully EQ Friday. If not it will definitely be Saturday.
That will have all of my main compounds up and running. Then it is a decision on when do I run a 4-6 week Dbol set. Early kick-starts the whole cycle into high gear straight up or at the end will run it with less stress on my joints and tendons 🤔
I will let the EQ settle for a week before I make that call. Early is likely though.
With that in mind any HGH will be outside of this.
This is now where it gets very real.

The increase in Carbs today was interesting. I won't say breakfast was a success, it tasted fine but wouldn't have won any awards for presentation. The oatmeal will take a bit to figure out cooking wise to firm up the omelette.
The sweet potatoes and walnuts were a great change though.
As a rest day on increased amounts of compounds in me, I was a bit flat and tired most of the day. I was itching to train as I feel refreshed and ready, but just chilling made me lack a bit of oomph.

Back in tomorrow though for my hardest session of the training program, legs with squats and leg press. Fun times 😬

In this case your already primed with the Sus and Deca you was on prior to upping the levels. That 750 test and 466 Deca is gonna hit you and you want to be prepared for it, maybe an AI on the side.
I don’t believe the EQ will help with E2 until like week 8-10. That’s why it’s said to do 16 weeks of EQ.
If you’re adamant about taking dbol I would do now and maybe go with 20 instead of 40. You’re getting ready to blast off so be ready for it. These are long esters.

Brother, thankyou, you just confirmed what I was thinking 💯. I totally agree that I am already primed. I will start the dbol in a weeks time for 4 weeks at 20mg per day. Why dbol?..... because I have never done it and I need to know what it's like just once.

I'm all for the kickstart Dbol approach bro. Do it with the EQ. It's my understanding that the EQ goes to work on your estrogen right out the gate so it would be good to help balance things out a bit and carry you into the EQ reaching full saturation.

How do you find so much time to eat?? Are you able to eat while working?

I have an office based job so I have a lot of flexibility to eat whilst working. Especially at the moment when all I seem to be doing is paperwork 🙄......endless paperwork 😫🩵

Test E - still pinning beautifully and seems to be as good as any I have ever used.

Deca - Really loving how this is working on my joints and in conjunction with the Test E, my strength. Not feeling the bloating or water retention but I still have a couple of weak diuretics in my meds so that may be balancing this.

EQ - not yet
Dbol - not yet

Overall -
The increase in Test E and Deca has been really beneficial to me so far. My strength is climbing, my joints feel better than they have for years and I am still getting a bit leaner as I go. My sides are minimal to non- existent so far. The gear from @Southern Cross Labs is quality stuff as far as I am concerned. Be interesting once EQ and Dbol are added into the fray.

** Much better than 3 weeks ago. Still feel a bit uncoordinated doing them but that will improve.

Southern Cross Labs - Cycle update
I am going to adjust my logging of the cycle so that each compound is separately logged, then overall view of how I feel.
Please note that this log is how the compounds below affect me, and is just my point of view:

Test E - still pinning beautifully and seems to be as good as any I have ever used.

Deca - Really loving how this is working on my joints and in conjunction with the Test E, my strength. Not feeling the bloating or water retention but I still have a couple of weak diuretics in my meds so that may be balancing this.

EQ - not yet
Dbol - not yet

Overall -
The increase in Test E and Deca has been really beneficial to me so far. My strength is climbing, my joints feel better than they have for years and I am still getting a bit leaner as I go. My sides are minimal to non- existent so far. The gear from @Southern Cross Labs is quality stuff as far as I am concerned. Be interesting once EQ and Dbol are added into the fray.

I am increasing the carbs a bit and today's is going to be the highest for a quite a while. I feel fine though.
Mentally great, I always am on deca. Seems to chill me out and calm me, not the other way. 🤷‍♂️🩵

I have an office based job so I have a lot of flexibility to eat whilst working. Especially at the moment when all I seem to be doing is paperwork 🙄......endless paperwork 😫🩵
Gotta take the good with the bad bro. Being able to eat so efficiently is awesome. I'm usually trying to eat as fast as possible while driving from one job to the next. No guarantee when that will be too.

I feel you on the paperwork...it's so killer. But on the positive side you got a full tank everyday to dump in the gym.

So you're really maximizing your training and your eating when you think about it right
