25yo-77kgs-175cm tall. bodyfat id say around upper 18s perhaps 20
around 5.5 years in gym including the first fuckaround year. adding some photos (albeit theyre anglemaxxed)
my cutting plan is using Cut Stack ParaPharma (50 tren ace 50 masteron 50 test p per ml) either thrice or 4x per week. for 10 weeks.
my goal is to just get as shredded as possible before the next winter cycle which most likely going to be deca test dbol.
current macroes are as follows
i do change carrots with some other veggies but theyre all similar calories so its more like a placeholder.
theres an obvious issue which is the hella low fat. ill get that up to 1x per kg bw. one of my questions is that how much do you all think that 2x protein is logical or not. personally i think its good enough but im relatively low info on the details. if i go 2.5x or 3x id be left with really low carbs. around 130-150 gram of carb per day.
whats your take on the 1x fat 2.5x protein and the carbs for the rest? is 2x carb not enough or am i tripping.
and how logical is this cutting cycle.
