Approved Log Cut Cycle Training Diet Log

Hi everyone. first post ever here- not a lurker anymore.
some stats
25yo-77kgs-175cm tall. bodyfat id say around upper 18s perhaps 20
around 5.5 years in gym including the first fuckaround year. adding some photos (albeit theyre anglemaxxed)
my cutting plan is using Cut Stack ParaPharma (50 tren ace 50 masteron 50 test p per ml) either thrice or 4x per week. for 10 weeks.
my goal is to just get as shredded as possible before the next winter cycle which most likely going to be deca test dbol.
current macroes are as follows

TOTAL~1990 kcal~269 g~155 g~28 g

i do change carrots with some other veggies but theyre all similar calories so its more like a placeholder.
theres an obvious issue which is the hella low fat. ill get that up to 1x per kg bw. one of my questions is that how much do you all think that 2x protein is logical or not. personally i think its good enough but im relatively low info on the details. if i go 2.5x or 3x id be left with really low carbs. around 130-150 gram of carb per day.

whats your take on the 1x fat 2.5x protein and the carbs for the rest? is 2x carb not enough or am i tripping.
and how logical is this cutting cycle.

Para Pharma is a quality brand! Love them but have you done a cycle with test or anything before? pros?

Please share more day to day information with us.

Diet, Training, Cardio
Diet, please share foods and meals and when you eat them, macros would be good because the macros you gave are 1 day and very low even now, you're so lean why so low on macros?
Training, please share actual exercises reps sets and weights, as you go especially get stronger
cardio how much do you do? when etc
If you don't log what you eat or train now, open NOTES on phone and start recording it there and paste here. Or use an app like myfitness pal or cronometer. Very easy.

last bloodwork done after my last cycle. cant give the results because im currently migrating so my old id isnt available therefore i cant log in my old turkish government healthcare resutlts lol.
all relatively safe. got couple cycles under my belt classic stuff test only- test deca etc. i dont pct i just do trt between my cycles.
my meals are identical every day- its as follows
breakfast; just the mix mousli
2 hr before gym: 450g potatos 200-250g chicken breast- filler veggies
30min after gym; same as before.
after all these i either just drink coke zero or some low cal fruits.
as for supplements i got D3 K2, zinc-copper- cialis 5mg- creatine 15g- TUDCA- milk thistle.
adex and letro for if estrogen goes crazy.
i run a classic upper lower split for now- when im bulking i go on a 5 day split which is upper lower with a dedicated arm day.
3 chest movement 2 sets each and 3 back movement 2 sets each- taking in turns. abs every other day.
my gym is 20 min bike distance each way so i count that as cardio... i usually just do my diet and cut that way.

i dont use letro off cycle really. i used it cuz when i was in my last cycle i was aromatizing like theres no tomorrow and i looked up that letro can kill/reduce gyno. i was on dbol and deca lol. ill do the app i was just wondering if my current cycle plan w those macroes are plausible or i should up the fat and get left with barely any carb like 150grams.

never touch letrozole at all
blood test before the cycle is not really possible since i migrated i dont got a paycheck to finance a bloodwork ill do it possibly mid cycle. my alt ast fsh lh was in the green though.

Ideally if you can budget for a simple e2 test that would help us guide you better. It will be a few bucks for Total T, free T, SHBG, and e2.

lil update. waited for 20+days for my shipping. refreshing the tracking site practically every hour im awake. and today magically there was 3 more update appearing outta nowhere. theres no dhl tracking number at all even though i was told there would be one... now its being returned to sender. oops. i guess there wont be any log. lets see if anything happens about it at all or not.
