100mg primo split 3x
6mg reta
1500iu HCG

180g p, 85g c, 75g f
5 day workout
4 day incline cardio 30 minutes

I'm still waiting on test results with estradiol to see how im reacting to primo. So far as for symptoms, not really anything. If anything feel good and ready to workout.

Today I took 1/3 dose of 300mg of test. My plan is to keep at my deficit and really shed this body fat. Maybe 1-2 more months? I don't have a target weight as it's hard to tell. I will get a dexa to see bodyfat % soon as well.

How do you advise either now or when I shed a bit more weight to start focus on building muscle. I have tren A 100 on standby for when I'm ready and have clearer guidance.

From bloodwork, the only thing is Lipid. I'm assuming it's because of the primo. To help counter or mitigate the effects, I'm taking 2500-3000 epa, 1 1200mg citrus bergamot. Any other recommendations?

When should I add tren? Is 300mg of test good? How would you justify to increase it or not after 200mg?
@Jayster3 nice job brother. The test and primo look fantastic. I like the reta as well. This is going to be a fun one. Hopefully you get really good results. You might want to start the reta a little lower though if you're new to it.

i would recommend n2guard. it contains everything you need all in 1. will save you a headache @Jayster3

@Jayster3 drop as much bf as possible before starting tren. A higher bf makes the side effects worse

@Jayster3 shedding more weight will be a good choice.....

This is my 200mg test. Pinned Wednesday, blood drawn Saturday 3/28. I'm also on 100mg of primo and estradiol came back as 14.

For a 300mg test, this is pretty low total testosterone no?
 
Can I go wrong with primobolan? So I do have 3-5 vials going to be delivered soon. I was looking to EQ too. Maybe in a month or so I want to start focusing on gaining muscle and not so much fat loss. I just want to shed this fat off down low first. What do you guys think of this approach?

I’m trying to find out what is goal weight. I can say maybe I’m at like 25% body fat but definitely have to be below 30 at this point.

What’s sad is that I don’t see any muscle growth 😭😭. I know maybe being on 1700 calories can be a contributing factor. But from all your experience, if I bumped up the food, gains should explode?

My profile picture is when I was around 190ish without really focusing on muscle as much.

To start off you need to get real gear, the stuff you're using is likely fake or wrong gear @Jayster3

the food if you want to change you need to start updating at least 2 weeks what you're eating now and how you're training

How could it be fake? I’m using test from pharmaqo and primo from pharamoids or something like that. This is what I’m using now for primo. IMG_9292.webp

So the primo and tren from this batch is legit. I confirm the product code inside of the label. The test…. Why the fcking test… I’m reaching out to pharmaqo for help
labels can be faked easy and codes mean nothing at all @Jayster3 you need to use approved suppliers if you want results
 
With me now at 26% body fat 216lbs. Does it make sense to take primo? If I'm already taking it, do I just continue taking it and lean out? I'm also trying to figure out my ratio of what I need to be. I got bloodwork today and waiting to see test and estradiol levels
Primobolan wont make you lean, you need to start posting your diet training supplement regular, why aren't you doing it? @Jayster3 :D thats the key to getting lean

Heres my gear. I’m ready to be serious. Just need some guidance.

I’m currently on 300mg of test and 100mg of primo. I got bloodwork today. So in a couple of days I should have my lipids and hormones.
I see 1 day but lets see food for multiple weeks please as you go
 
It’s the same! If anything I switch around but always good food. If no fats then I’ll add almonds. Only Saturday Sunday it’s my freebie and I try to not over eat.
carbs can stay but protein should go up to 220+ @Jayster3 and you need more fiber
Also another thing about fertility. I’ve started TRT in December 2025. I recently bumped to 300mg of test. I’m not having planning to have a kid maybe 1-2 years do I need to cycle this? So roughly I’ve been on testosterone now for about 4 months.
sports TRT is fine, you dont need to cycle sports TRT

The question was in the lipids because of primobolan.

Now thinking about it with what I’m doing should I even continue primobolan? Or just do test first and lose the body fat. I’ve posted workout and nutrition, but still didn’t get a clear direction what I should be focused on
lipids not important you need to get e2 test etc done
 
But besides that given my current and physique what draft plan we can make so can clear my mind.

Is it just food not enough? I would thought test and primo gives me a boost

Still waiting on test but on 300mg test and 100mg of primo my e2 is 36. Does that mean mean my ratio is 3:1?
e2 is normal you should stay on this dose but lets see rest

I have a 5mg and a 30mg. One was from IonPeptides and another is from elite something
Right now we are recommending oral administration. You can hang onto your vials for subQ administration once a solve for how to dissolve it has been researched. It is hydrophobic and requires a solvent with an oil for dissolution.
 
also for delt injection. What part of side delt do you inject? Like middle, lower? I don’t like upper. Onetime I had a pip and from a middle delt injection and it traveled to the top where bone is near.

For MOTS-c start at 1mg ED in morning.

SLU-PP-332 is a whole different ball of wax as it isn't in the "mito" camp of peptides per se.
If you wanna run SLUPP get oral caps and start at 500mcg-1.5mg

@Jayster3 please see trtinjections.com. @LevButlerov is correct for mid delt but moreso he's correct for hounding you, and I will too, to focus a lot more on diet/macros and training/cardio and less so on compound choices. We've now seen your bloodwork is fine with 300/100 Test/Primo so let's really focus on tracking daily macros and putting your daily workouts up with weights/reps/sets etc including and especially your cardio.

I can tell you have a bit of anxiety about where to go with this at this time so now that we have bloodwork in check and your cycle you seem happy at 300/100 yes? So can we up the cardio and see some workouts?

I scrolled up to the top of the page to 31Mar and I don't see a workout posted or did I miss it?
 
As for workout I posted some screenshot and that’s basically what I’m running. For primo I think im on for like 9-10 weeks now. I have bloodwork next Saturday. Should I just finish up 1 more week 400 test and 200mg of primo, then go back to a trt dose. Focus on leaning out a bit more and then see what gear

Here’s basically same meals I eat everyday. I keep macros close so sometime. If chicken is lighter I just add more protein shake.
if this is ED its fine but you need to carb cycle more
 
My HS-CRP is at a 7 recently on bloodwork. 3/28 for my big bloodwork it was at a 9. The rest of blood markers were in range.

What can cause the high HS-CRP?
7-9 hs-CRP means you have inflammation somewhere, but it does not tell you where by itself. It can be from being sick recently, gum issues, hard training, muscle soreness, an injury, injection irritation, high body fat, poor sleep, stress, bad digestion, or general inflammation, so I would not panic tbh. @Jayster3
Since yours dropped from 9 to 7 that is a good sign, but I would retest in future again.

and checking your bloods no e2?

It could be related to primo or bad training diet etc I dont think you have an issue. But for test straight go 300mgs test/week and get back on training diet updates thats what we need :D @Jayster3

What I’ll do is this. Take the bloodwork this Saturday. With 400 test and 200primo. Next week come off primo and go to 300 test? Fix lipids and other issue for next 4-6 weeks?

Heyyyy my bloodwork ain’t so bad. I only have a partial. My hs-crp is like a 20… I don’t know what I have going in inflammation. I do see white blood cells high. I did pinch my nerves on neck or something like that. Neck turning left hurts a bit.

My lipids given that I’m on primo is pretty good? Hdl low is pretty normal and only a few point. My LDL is perfect though :).

bloods arent too bad and I wouldn't worry about cholesterol :D @Jayster3 but why havent you updated food training supps since may 01? :D you know those impact bloods right

Ok. So 300 test right not trt dose to cruise a bit right? Work on leaning out a bit more before a next cycle. This was a trial run in sense with orimobolan.

I have tren, bolderone and primo on standby. Was considering ment. What are your thoughts on that?
