I’m trying to find out what is goal weight. I can say maybe I’m at like 25% body fat but definitely have to be below 30 at this point.
What’s sad is that I don’t see any muscle growth


. I know maybe being on 1700 calories can be a contributing factor. But from all your experience, if I bumped up the food, gains should explode?
My profile picture is when I was around 190ish without really focusing on muscle as much.
Few things im worried about is I’m like use to 1700 calories with clean food. If I bumped to 2000s im afraid of gaining fat again. Also if I get a dexa scan, 15-20% body fat I can use tren or even go higher on primo?
I’m currently at 300mg of test and 100mg of primo. At the end of April or around that time, going to do another bloodwork to make sure my lipids and everything else is good.
