I ordered from @ugfreak and had to ask about a reshipment because it went over 10 days without any tracking update or tracking code at all. Instead of helping, they claimed my address was “wrong” even though it’s a completely valid address that’s easily found on Google Maps. I even provided a second address to make things easier. After waiting another 6 days with no updates, I politely emailed again just to check in — and suddenly my IP got banned from their site entirely. No explanation, no support, just blocked for asking about an order that never updated. Pretty disappointing experience and terrible customer service.
