UGFreak Banned Me for Asking About My Missing Reshipment

I ordered from @ugfreak and had to ask about a reshipment because it went over 10 days without any tracking update or tracking code at all. Instead of helping, they claimed my address was “wrong” even though it’s a completely valid address that’s easily found on Google Maps. I even provided a second address to make things easier. After waiting another 6 days with no updates, I politely emailed again just to check in — and suddenly my IP got banned from their site entirely. No explanation, no support, just blocked for asking about an order that never updated. Pretty disappointing experience and terrible customer service.

This is the first I have heard about this. you made no effort to reach out to one of the reps on here even though you posted a thread and another post about this. in the future reach out to a rep, that is why we are here.

you didn't get IP banned man. that literally makes no sense lol. why don't you PM me your order # and let me find out what is going on before we jump to conclusions

Bros, I don't think you can ban someone from a website that doesn't even make any sense.

You need to reach out to their rep, Quad, and he will figure out what's going on. You didn't get banned. Try a different computer or different browser. I bet you it'll work.

I would like to see you actually get in touch with them and have a talk with their reps and their customer service. It seems like we're not getting the full story. I hope you can follow up.

Nope. Still can’t get into the site and I mailed them, got told to go in site and fill the support form. Which isn’t possible. Tried different device and different internet and still can’t log in. Gonna have to ask a friend to log in into my account 😂

VeePN probably. i live in a refugee center for a while so sometimes i turn it on to watch some shows. possibly left open. never had an issue with ugfreak before this tho.
They were blocking vpns and ips due to ddos attacks @sulei00 have you tried different location like USA?

yes I just PM'd you the update

also as I told you in PM's you were NOT banned intentionally. it was merely an automatic spam blocker that flagged your IP address. i am not enough of a geek to understand how it works but basically its in place to prevent site issues and what not.
