need help - urgent help with UGfreak

Hey guys, I really didn’t wanna make this forum and I was hoping the situation would be resolved by itself but I’m genuinely annoyed and fed up now. 30 days of “useless” responses, no updates whatsoever, today was the “TA” I was given yet nothings come. They said “they will get back to me asap about this matter, been 3 days no reply.

Ugfreak, I’ve heard amazing reviews about you but im seriously disappointed. All in all it seems like a very big shady scam and I’ve fallen for it, im hoping it’s not and im hoping this gets resolved because I was really looking forward to finally having reliable suppliers.

I'm not sure the issue but usually UGfreak is fast and open on discussion @Arsh

when you order international you need to accept it could take a while

ugfreak has zero control over the stupid tariffs or customs being slow and incompetent.

PM me your order and tracking # and let me take a look at if i can find some more info for you

also 2 days of no responses, it is a 3 day holiday weekend. so the post office is closed, so how could there be any updates? you could have PM'd me and gotten an answer a lot of faster as I am on here daily but you never messaged me a thing.

I understand that, but I am still yet to receive a working tracking number, and it’s been 31 days since the orders been put out for shipping which was their ETA, all I was hoping for was a working tracking number so I know when to expect my package to arrive, especially because im going to the states for a week on Wednesday and I was really hoping the package would arrive before that as that was the time frame which I was given. Sorry I don’t mean to sound rude or annoying it’s just been a long week and considering it was my first time ordering, i was just a little confused and worried. Thanks for the response though, and my apologies for not messaging you before, I didn’t really know who to message about this. I’ll get the tracking number to you right away.

You shouldn't throw around the word "scam" then. All that happened here is that your package may have been seized by customs, which is very common. You should never expect to get your products or start a cycle before you actually get them in.

do you have informed delivery? it will tell you what packages are en route that way. its free to sign up for

i've had packages take 3 months. if you order international then you need to accept it could take time. 31 days is more like the average time to deliver

Agreed. Domestic can be from 3 days to 2 weeks. International seems to average 2 to 4 weeks

I never have an issue with ugfreak, my last order took 4 weeks to be at my front door for international but it will come eventually
