after i done with that bulk i gained a lot and developed mild gyno but reversed it with Nolva 40mg a day for 6 weeks and 20mg for 2 weeks 10mg taper off 1 week during transition to cut
Reduced Cal to 2200 a day
Protein 250-300g a day
Carbs 150g
The rest is fat
Carbs only post workout (pre workout <50g)
Weight dropped from 191lbs to 179lbs and swing back to 180~184 fluctuating daily. I don’t care about weight anymore i just like how i look in the mirror.

Just ordered test deca and aromasin from PSL
I will get cabergoline too but PSL doesn’t sell it, still looking between domestic-supply or steroidify, any recommendations would be helpful. I will do bloodwork on test e2 shbg prolactin on this cycle, i will not running deca without testing prolactin again
