Hi everyone,

I’m sharing my current cycle log because I just started this new plan. I know there are probably some issues with it, and that’s exactly why I’m posting here. I’d really appreciate honest feedback, corrections, or suggestions on how to improve things and make the cycle safer and more effective.

I’m 30 years old, 5’8”, and currently around 190 lbs. I worked out on and off for years, but over the last year I started training seriously and consistently.

I started TRT last year, but after about 3 months I increased my doses gradually to around 500 mg, and at one point even 750 mg. I also tried some Tren, Deca, and Dianabol that I bought from Steroid Warehouse, although many people said they might be fake/scam products, so honestly I’m not even sure what was real or properly dosed.

Recently, most of my compounds have been from Domestic Supply, and I got Winstrol and insulin from NapsGear.

Here’s my current setup:

Cycle:

  • Sustanon / Test blend (weekly):
    • Test E 400 mg
    • Test C 400 mg
    • Test P 100 mg
  • Tren E: 400 mg weekly
  • EQ: 500 mg weekly
  • Primo: 200 mg weekly
  • Winstrol: 100 mg daily
  • Anavar: 50 mg daily
  • MENT oral: 1 mg daily
  • HGH: 4 IU daily (2 morning / 2 night)
  • Rapid-acting insulin:
    • 6 IU pre-workout meal
    • 6 IU post-workout meal
  • Klow: 2 mg before sleep
  • GHK-Cu: 2 mg morning + before sleep
  • Retatrutide: 4 mg weekly
Diet:

  • Protein: ~280–300 g
  • Carbs: ~220–240 g
  • Fat: ~55–65 g
  • Calories: ~2,500
Meals:

  • Breakfast → eggs/egg whites + oats
  • Snack → Greek yogurt + whey
  • Lunch → chicken + small amount of potatoes + veggies
  • Pre-workout → creamy rice + whey
  • Post-workout → lean beef + potatoes
  • Before bed → cottage cheese/Greek yogurt or chicken + veggies
Training:
6x per week

  1. Chest / Shoulders / Triceps
  2. Back / Biceps
  3. Legs
  4. Rest
  5. Shoulders / Biceps
  6. Chest / Back
  7. Legs / Triceps
Cardio:
30–40 minutes after workouts

Again, I’m open to advice and constructive criticism. I know this is a heavy cycle, so I’d appreciate feedback from people with more experience.
 
You say you increased your dosages to 750 one time, but you say that you are running now 900mgs of test per week.

You didn’t understand what I’m saying! That was very clear! I was saying “at some point “ like 2 month before! I think you are running to much hear and lost your brain bro!

Interesting stack :D since you havent ran higher doses of eq or tren before like this might be an issue.
Example eq 500mgs will crash your e2 tbh

clarify your sustanon is how many mgs/ml? please post some gear pics
and winstrol 100mgs and anavar 50mgs why the stack? you can split them tbh

Diet, please share foods and meals and when you eat them, macros would be good
Training, please share actual exercises reps sets and weights, as you go especially get stronger
cardio how much do you do? when etc
If you don't log what you eat or train now, open NOTES on phone and start recording it there and paste here. Or use an app like myfitness pal or cronometer. Very easy.

Looking pretty good there. Some big arms and shoulders.

I'm wondering how well your diet and training are dialled in. Were you making progress when natural?

The reason I ask is it looks like you might be blasting gear to make up for diet and training.

Your current cycle looks like the 'throw the kitchen sink at it cycle'.

Looks like you need to cut a bit or at least recomp. I's probably keep it simple. Maybe just test and EQ.

Your training looks alright but pretty easy to overdo it on that split. Can you show us some typical workouts?
