Shoulder session after a week of no training due to stomach virus. Goal today was to just move some weight around. Nothing to taxing as I’m still coming back to baseline. Missed a few calories this week as is the case but I will build them back up again as I go and the body allows.

did you take anything for stomach like activated charcoal or probiotics?
 
Alright fellas bloodwork is back. Let me preface this by saying I did get LCMS estrogen tested but it will take 1-2 weeks for those results.

Cycle up until bloods
Weeks 1-3
Test e - 600
Primo - 400
Eq - 300

Weeks 4 & 5
Test e -800
Primo - 400
Eq - 200

Please chime in and share your thoughts. Looking to fix a few things.

It would be good if you had baseline blood work for the original Test dose we discussed :D

Still waiting on my E2 LCMS to come back from recent bloods. Approx waiting time is 1-2 weeks I’ve been told. Kinda annoying as 1-2 weeks can be a long time when you want to manipulate estrogen to appropriate levels.

In saying that, this is my 4th time trying eq. Trying to find the right ratio of test/eq has been a battle. I must be E2 sensitive. It’s either too high or too low. Very frustrating.

Currently at
Test 800mg
Primo 400mg
Eq 200mg

I adjusted my test dose up but left primo and eq where they were.
Aside from being sick last week. Dealing with low e sides, joint pain, mild anxiety, libido blah… but these are the things we must do individually to work out what works for you.

long time for e2 lcms :D lets wait for it, i wouldnt change the ratios until we get the bloods tbh
 
Shoulder workout from last night. Typically I would do an overhead press after warming up but skipped those today to focus on pushing as much blood into the delts as possible.
Although this is always the goal, I'm 6 weeks in to this current cycle and its time to shake things up a bit.

Warm up the joints with some rotator work with light dumbells.

Exercise 1
Db lateral raises, pyramiding up then down the rack.
8kg x 8, 10kg x 10, 12.5kg x 10, 15kg x 10, 17.5kg x 7 > 15kg x 8, 12.5kg x 7, 10kg x 8, 8kg x 8
This is one set. 3min rest then go again. I'll do 3-4 sets of these till my delts are fried.

Exercise 2
Reverse cable fly targeting the rear delts
4 sets of 10 reps with 10kg

Exercise 3
Front raises with a 20kg plate
3 sets of 10-12 reps
Focus on keeping the shoulders down and retracted to hit the front delt, with a pause at the top and controlled negative.
Not a lot of weight but trust me these hurt, especially when your delts are already fried.

Exercise 4
Bent over db raises laying on a 45 deg bench. Targeting the rear delt.
10kg x 14
10kg x 12
10kg x 12
10kg x 10
Last 2 sets completed with partials at the bottom range until I can't do anymore.
