We are coming up to the end of week 12. It will be the last week of the Anavar.
it has done well. 4 weeks left on Cycle.
Looking forward to moving back into a cruise and really cutting down what I built!!

Okay, mainly cardio today. I did legs on Wednesday so I am going to just do an easy leg day and then tomorrow morning, I will be giving the shoulder a test drive!! I may go one more day, how it feels tomorrow morning will determine how I proceed.
I am getting antsy

Today will be an easy calorie day. I think I want to fast until well into the afternoon.
Either way, I will be logging throughout the day. I have lots of thoughts to share today.

Time does fly! So fast. When we are young, time is our best friend, but as life moves on, time can become our worst enemy. I try my best to not waste it any more. Being totally present wherever I am at, has always been a struggle for me, especially after I came off the crystal all those years ago. My brain moves fast all the time. I concentrate hard on being present now. Imagine how much more of our precious time we would have enjoyed in life, and how we could have slowed down the clock, just by being totally present wherever we are at.
We work harder on saving material things, that can always be replaced, than we do on saving the one thing we can never get back.

Putting in work in the middle of the night! You a beast!
 
Okay. Just walked back in from the gym. It was an easy pull day. I didn’t do anything that was reaching up and pulling down.
I was doing rows, And a very light set of prayers.
Little to no pain. I wasn’t getting a deep stretch but enough to feel how the shoulder was working.
Success!!
Curls felt good, I was able to hold a supinated grip without pain running down from the shoulder.
Tomorrow I will be carefully exploring a couple of chest movements and tri’s.

More cardio later today

I was up till 9pm last night! I slept right through the sunrise!

This is great. Keep up with light work till back ahead. I was hoping you would try the cuff work I suggested. It was something I did that really helped me. Well and the BPC-TB 🫡 That definitely speeds up the process. Solid work out! MR. ASH sends his sniffs!

When I get ready to engage that delt, I will totally do that warm up, probably with 5 lbs though 😂
I was really happy with today, with the range of motion and the stretch. Tomorrow will be another great one. LIGHT

Keep an eye on your tags after your post an update with all the Team tags, some aren't populating to the website and getting captured. Maybe spacing issues.

24-48 fasting once a week, let's plan to try one when your cut starts. I just did a 48 hours fast and they get easier and work like magic.

4 weeks to go!! This is going to be great. The fasting will be easier when I am not pumping eq in!!

For the Next pull day, I will try some really easy pull downs medium wide and elbows tucked.

Tomorrow is going to be a lite push day, i will try a low incline on the smith machine and use lite weight and do really disciplined movements and I will try some really mellow lite reps on the Hammer strength flat bench
Machine.
I am really interested to see how it goes with tri’s.

I believe the doc hit the nail on the head!!

This little lift is important, it is putting direct pressure on that front delt.
We shall see!!

No real pain and a good range of motion.
Because today was putting a bit more pressure on the front and side delt, there was a bit of discomfort, but I found proper positioning to alleviate that discomfort.
Got a great chest and tri pump!!
Calves feel like they are going to peel off my leg.
Locked up lower abs twice!! Made it out alive!!
Tomorrow with legs, I will do some trap and rhomboid work with some very light lateral delt and rear delt work.

Lets fucking Go!!!

Good to hear its not bad - but barbell bench is probably the most aggravating movement shoulder wise. At least it was for me. Maybe try light dumbbells with a parallel grip to keep the pressure off the shoulder?

Great workout brother. Its good to see pain was low. Like catdad's saying the barbell bench is a shoulder aggressive movement.

Man oh man oh man.
I set the bench and unlocked the bar and pushed up, it hurt when I came back down.
It wasn’t bad, but enough to know that I will really be loving different bench settings on incline over flat.
The hammer strength machines, incline and flat were super great!! @catdadironman suggested DBs. I am actually going to try DB inclines and Hammer Strength decline on my next chest workout. I have at least another week or a whole split to cycle through before I can give an accurate prognosis
But overall…WE ROCKING BROTHER!!

Everything was good!! Next chest day i will try really light DB incline. The smith machine wasn’t very good.
Tomorrow is legs then Tuesday just cardio Wednesday off.

Tomorrow is legs then Tuesday just cardio Wednesday off.

I promise you brother if you set a bench on an incline and chest down dangle 10-15 lbs in hand and slowly rotate small to big, slow to change directions its a great PT movement. You can do this on none chest day's just to keep it moving and loose. 🤙🤙🤙😃

Tuesday 0342 Dawn Patrol shows and dominates!!!

Last night, after going through several check sessions, I decided today will be a heavy cardio day and a day of evaluation.
The shoulder is a tiny bit tweeky, but everyday for the last week has been better than the day before. By next week, I truly believe that I will be swinging the golf clubs again.

Cardio this morning
45 minutes treadmill at a mellow fat burning pace.
Box crunches
3 x 45 second planks…knees and elbows. The shoulder felt good.

This afternoon I will go back and jump on the bike and do an easy hill interval program for 30 minutes
Mobility work and stretching

Food will be light but protein dense.

My warm up before I hit back will be focon getting blood into that shoulder. @James Creeper gave a killer easy movement that I will do as part of my warm up.
It is done chest down on an incline, chest supported, he uses two 15lb DBs….I willnise 5lbs. I picture in my mind, a dead hang with both arms and then rotating movements small to wide and reversing direction.
I am thinking, it will feel good on that arthritic joint!! Looking forward to it!!
I will log all my food today and report back in later.

I only do one arm at a time and balance with the other. And whatever weight feels good, not heavy. Let it just lightly pull the shoulder fibers. I started this when I was throwing a ball, forgot it then found it again after my crash. If I need to do a video to help I most definitely can do that for you!

as long as you go slow and light you're gtg :D the big issue is going too hard!

Big D!!! Brother, it felt good. I am actually feeling muscles that were being neglected because of compensation from that shoulder.
I am really happy, slowly working into heavier weight and testing the waters!! Thank you for always checking in, it keeps me motivated!!
