Was able to sleep significantly better last time, went to bed at around 11:30pm.

83.30kgs. Didn't take a picture today.
Took chicken and rice to work again today. Also had a protein bar along with this:

Took 20mg Anavar before noon lifting today as it was an off day from jujitsu.
Shoulders Thursday:
Treadmill: 15 mins 3 speed 3 incline
-Seated dumbbell presses: 3x12 45lbs (reps up - keeping the shoulder in check throughout the movement)
-Standing Side dumbbell laterals: 3x20 25lbs dbs (weight up) supersetted with seated side db laterals 3x15 15lbs dbs.
-Cable lean away raises: 3x15 20lbs each arm
-Rope Face pulls: 1x15 95lbs 2x15 100lbs
-Neck curls supersetted with rev neck curls 3x20 25lbs dumbbell (weight up)
I was a bit concerned going in to a shoulder day considering how chest day wasn't good 2 days ago, but it turned out to be a great session, I started off with seated db presses and really focused on keeping my shoulder aligned and it went smooth. Skipped the shrugs today as I was running out of time and had to get back to work.
The Taurine and 2 hydration packs I had today might have played a big part in the workout as well.

All in all, a good day that turned great cause of the training I was able to put in. Looked and felt great! Hydration was on point and I didn't feel sluggish atall. Let's try n finish the week strong with Jujitsu + Arms tomorrw!
