Suggestions for my recomposition cycle- Male 34

Hey everyone,

New to writing a thread so I apologize in advance if I make a mistake. Looking for suggestions and advice, and I am completely open to constructive criticism.

My Stats:
Age/Gender: 34M
Weight: 180 lbs
Body Fat: 18%

12-Week Cycle

Test E: 300 mg / week
Tren A: 200 mg / week
Anavar: 20 mg pre-workout
Retatrutide: 4 mg / week
HGH: 4 IU daily (split dose day and night)
Klow80: 2 mg daily
MOTS-c: 4 mg (3 times weekly)

Aromasin: On hand (if needed)

Supplements:

NAC
TUDCA
CoQ10
Magnesium Bisglycinate
Omega-3
Citrus Bergamot
Berberine
P5P

Questions:

Please advise if I should add/remove a compound, or if I should change the dosage or schedule for anything in this protocol.

test tren Anavar retatrutide HGH Klow80 and MOTS c might work but I would add bpc at least here and cut the hgh dose but hard to say we are guessing here without a log.

Start a full cycle log today before changing anything, with ed bodyweight, cals and macros, sleep, BP, resting heart rate, training weights, cardio, pin days, and full bloods, because without that the EVO family cannot guide this and you will be guessing, which is dangerous. 15min to start :D

HOW-TO LOG?

Why is a Log Journal important?

  • Doing a log will actually help you way more than just dropping random updates. When you lay it all out week by week you start to see patterns in your body that you won’t catch otherwise.
  • Other guys here run logs all the time and there’s no privacy issue, nobody is asking for your name or anything personal, it is just training, diet, and how the compound feels.
  • The feedback you get is also way better because people can follow along and spot things you might miss. It also helps the next guy who is thinking about running the same compound so you are giving back while you learn.
  • Even if you think you might not stick with it, just starting the log makes it easier to come back and add quick notes. That way you get more out of what you are running instead of keeping it all in your head.

To really guide you we need more info from you:
  • Please share your diet, training, cardio, sleep, supplements etc log with us in a NEW thread, full log journal so our guidance is based on facts you provide.
  • It will take 15-20 minutes max.
  • We have 100s of years of experience between us, so you need to post a LOG Journal with your stats (weight,height,age, years training, cycle history) diet, training, cardio, supplement, sleep details. If you don't log what you eat or train now, open NOTES on phone and start recording it there and paste here. Very easy.
  • Please post a Log Journal asap for us

What’s up my man. First off what’s your goal? I’ll be honest with you. Your BF% is pretty high. If you really want to “get big with a 6 pack” it’s a process. Guys think they can just recomp at high BF and you’ll never make lasting gains. You might look “better” on cycle but you’ll regress hard.

You NEED to cut. You have plenty of size at 180.
IMO

-run your Test 300-500 mg (as high as you can go without having to use an AI)
- masteron at 200-400 mg
-Retatrutide 2mg- titrate up every 4 weeks
These you’ll run for the entirety of the cut
-add Tren A the final 6-8 weeks 100 mg weekly max. Split into Everyday pinning.

-add anavar 25 mg- 50 mg daily final 6 weeks

If you track your meals and stay in a 800-1000 cal deficit per day, you’ll be down to 10% BF by the 20th week. This would be a 20 week cut. Retain all your muscle. Look way bigger because you’ll be so shredded.

am already on 4mg/week of Reta, so i ll keep that running. I'm debating whether to use just Tren or add Mast like you suggested. Past experience with Tren gave me great results with minimal side effects. However, I’m currently setting up a detailed log to track everything so you guys can give me more tailored feedback.

I prefer to use Reta to do the heavy lifting of the cut. Grind out the first 12 weeks on just Test Mast and Reta. Then add the Tren and Var the final stretch to really cap off your cut. You don’t want to start tren early. 1. You shouldn’t run it longer than 8 weeks and 2. You’ll lose motivation to continue your cut as Tren is very hard on your body. Save it for the end you’ll be happy you did.

You should run two blast cycles a year this would be your first. The second will be a bulk. It’s up to you if you hop off gear entirely in between those cycles or run TRT. But you must give your body a 12-16 week break in between.

But yeah start a log bro.

bodybuilding is a process. Step 1 is starting your journey at preferably 8% BF if you start there you’ll be fucking big and lean year around. You can bulk and still end up just around 14-15% BF then cut back down to 8-10% BF easily, while gaining 5 pounds of lean mass every time. Formula to getting huge and lean
