If you go on a High Fat Diet, you Really need to watch your Carbohydrates.
If you're High Fat - you can't be High Carb (Processed or High Sugar).
It's the Glucose that Promotes Fat Storage - Directly - and In-Directly through Insulin.
Your Body can Actually make Fat from Sugar - known as "De Novo Lipogenesis"
Because Two Enzymes - Acetyl Co-A carboxylase (ACC) & Fatty Acid Synthase (FAS) go up when Glucose is around.
If you're are High Fat - your Triglycerides will go down - HDL will go up - your Cardiovascular Health will improve.
That Whole Myth about High Fat Diets causing Fatty Liver Disease or any other Problems is just that - A Myth.
There's No Scientific Data showing this Correlation............................................................................................. JP
P.S.
It's Actually a Combo of things that Cause "Fatty Liver Disease".
Inflammation as well as High Circulating Blood Fats (triglycerides), & Glucose, don't just affect the Heart.
They affect All Organs of the Body - one Organ that is particularly Damaged is the Liver.
