I'm taking a lot of vitamins right now. A lot of different ones, like Vitamin D, fish oil, multi vitamins and more. Drinking them all at once like 1 big batch. After I drink, then some stomach issues this is normal?

May get rough on the stomach and may run into absorbtion issues but you could take it all at once.

Usually there is no problem in taking them all together. However, if they are that many, and your stomach hurts you after drinking them all in one batch, you may as well separate them in two piles, or drink more water when you take them all together.

As I Cycle my Vitamin Intake according to my needs.
There are times that I'm taking a lot of Pills.
In those Instances I'll split them up, taking them with my Meals throughout the day.................................... JP
P.S.
You just need to check as some Vitamins or Minerals should be taken together for better absorption.
Like taking Magnesium with Calcium for better Bio-availability and also including Vitamin D.
Or taking Selenium with Vitamin E for better Bio-availability.

Make sure to be taking the vitamins with meals. It will help alleviate stomach issues and certain vitamins and compounds are fat soluble, such as vitamins a d e and k.

For optimal absorption you would split up your dosages to multiple meals through out the day. Maybe take 1/3 with breakfast, lunch and dinner.

preference really.. I usually take them all at once if I'm taking oral AAS so they dont interfere
