1st Cycle and need some help

About to purchase for my first cycle. Background on me is I'm currently on TRT at 200 mg/week with an estrogen blocker. I'm 36 years old and have lifted on and off for the last 20 years. Current size is 6ft2in and 215lbs.Probably sitting at 19-22 body fat. Would really like to get some input on what cycle would help me lean out. I'm thinking lean out this go around and try for size later in fall and winter.

The drugs you take aren't going to determine the BF% loss.. That is 100% your diet and training.

As far as a drug 500mg Test E 10-12 weeks with AI's, since you are on TRT you don't need to worry about a PCT, just head back into your TRT after cycle.

There isn't a drug that I could recommend you seeing that you have zero experience but, the test should help you lean out/give you an edge..

In all honesty, which is what many people are going to tell you.. Stay on your TRT fix your diet and training, cut the weight like that. Maybe grab some clenbuterol..
If I was you, i'd just stay on my TRT, get clen and cut with a good diet/good training/lot's of cardio..

I just wanted to give you both sides, lol.. There isn't going to be a steroid for a beginner that will help you "lean" out..
 
I wouldn't do a steroid cycle at your body fat. It is going to put a lot of unnecessary stress on your organs, especially your heart and kidneys. Steroids DO NOT burn body fat. They increase muscle protein synthesis and prevent muscle catabolism.

SARMS are a much better option. They directly increase fat loss, endurance and recovery. I would add the SARMS triple stack (S4, ostarine, cardarine) to your TRT for 12-16 weeks and then cruise on your TRT for 4-8 weeks before doing another SARM cycle.

upping your test dosage to 500mg will make a world of difference, that is a good place to start. and yep since you're on TRT no PCT is necessary.Personally i would get that BF down alot more before starting a cycle, you will get more out of the cycle and also keep sides to a mininum. BE sure to have and ai on hand.

Thank you for the replies. I'll keep researching. My diet seems to be in check. Since starting TRT weight has slightly gone up but so has muscle. I was hoping to speed up the leaning out process. Also, really interested in running a cycle.

I'm not too versed on SARMS. Does it require a PCT afterwards?

If you run a triple stack, you are suggested to do a mini PCT. However, as you are on TRT, no PCT is ever needed for you (the main idea of PCT is to recover natural testosterone production).

So in your case, you can try running what muskate suggested, keeping your test at 200 mg/week and after to manage to shred down, then consider upping your test dosages
 
I would just get the body fat down to 12-15% before changing anything. Your trt test dose plus a nice SARMS stack will be good enough. All the magic will happen once the diet and training are consistent and locked in.
