Evening evo

long awaited test results for a stabalised thyroid has come today,and the results are all green flags,happy days

Ill be starting my new cycle with @shadow labs
It will consist of
Test sust
NPP
Mast p
Anavar (outsourced maybe)
Duration of 16 weeks
Mail goal is just lean Recomp.

Currently enjoying some dinner
-Beef mince
-White rice
-Broccoli
-Beans
And nandos peri peri garlic sauce

Will post up some training/gear/food soon!
