2nd Cycle advice.

Hi guys. After some advice from someone with a little experience. Starting 12 week beginner dBol, Test E, Deca, EQ cycle in a few weeks. Got everything I need (I think :/) AI: Arimidex and PCT Clomid & Nolva. This will be my second cycle. My first being 5 years ago just dBol and Test. Was very happy with results. Been out of the game for a couple of years and started training properly again around 8 months ago, so feel like I'm ready to take on another cycle.

Some quick stats: height 170cm, Weight 76kg. BF 10-12%, and I'm a Endo/Meso so don't hold fat greatly which is good.

My goal is to gain and KEEP 15kg of lean mass by the end of this cycle. I'd like to get upto 200lbs (90kgs). Not worried about diet or training as I know I'll be fine with that.

I feel like I'd like to ad som:cool:e Test prop and winstrol to the end of the cycle for a few weeks, but am not sure how exactly or whether I'm just being greedy and should keep it basic. Also am trying to get my hands on some HCG or HMG (am working on it)

I'm still pretty new to this, but am comfortable cycling. Any advice would be great guys!

Well, first, what's your diet and training look like. And age?

Second, I would highly recommend only adding one compound per cycle, what if you have a reaction, and you have multiple new compounds. Just stick to two for 2nd cycle.

Third, You don't need prop and winny, yes, that's getting greedy. It's not a race bud. This is your health and body.

Fourth, get full body support supplements like N2Guard from N2BM. And follow the evo perfect pct program. (hit the search function)

Age 24, Have been eating 3 full meals which equals around (without going into too much detail) 4000cals inc 2 shakes of serious mass. Like I said I'm happy with my diet. I've been dieting and training properly now for almost 4 weeks and have put on 5 kilos (still pretty lean). I've weighed 80 in the past though so that first 5 kilos should come pretty easy. A couple of weeks before I start my cycle I'd like to up my calories to around 5000 per day, will trow an extra meal in and keep the 2 shakes. Will be training 5-6 times per week..... HARD!!!

I've used dBol and Test E before with no sides except for bloating, which is normal so was originally gonna' just add the deca, but was offered EQ at a great price from a very reliable source so bought some just incase. If I don't end up using it then that's fine. There's always next time.

Haha, yeah thought I was just being greedy. Just getting a little over excited.

I do want to get as much from this second cycle as possible, within reason though. Will be sure to keep everyone updated and upload some pics of my gains.

Not sure if i can ger my hands on aromasin, but already have the adex sitting right here. Would you still recommend switching? If so I will ask around. I'm not made of money though, haha. Have spent plenty already. Don't mind a little extra as long as it'll be worth it.
 
In my opinion the aromasin is worth it. It's suicide inhibitor. No chance of estro rebound like there is with adex. But it's your choice.

Feel free to give all the details regarding your diet. We look at every single thing.. The biggest part of your gains will be from your discipline diet and training. Not extra juice.

Okay, I'll ask around! Everything is a slighly disorganised at the minute with regards to diet, I'm not quite all there yet so will start a diet thread for advice maybe in the next week once I get everthing uniform.

I'll be starting my cycle on the 17th. Will be doing my big food shop on Tuesday. So I get a few weeks of dieting as if I were on cycle in before the actual start date. I was considering at one point giving that GOMAD diet a go, why not eh? I'm not sure whether I should try and stay lean though before I start pinning, because obviously that would fatten me up big-time, what would you recommend? Eating clean and big or eating clean, big and drinking a fuck load of milk too, haha?

I have used a product called Need2Slin about 4 years ago, thought it was a great product. Can't remember who made it though. Just noticed there's a similar one on that n2BM are they the same blokes that make the HCGenerate you recommended?
 
Cheers guys. Will definitely be getting my bloods done too Petidoclyan! I'm not going into this blind guys, like I said I'm trying to get the most from it. Everthing I do will have been planned, I'll be living like a robot for the next few months, but hopefully it'll all be worth it. Just wondering whether it would benefit me in any way to add some extra weight right now pre cycle and maybe raise my bf% a little then lean out while I'm cycling. Would that help me gain more muscle mass at all during my cycle? Anything that will help me reach that 15kg mass goal by the end of the 3 months. Cheers for the help guys, means a lot!

If you fix this diet your running you could do a lot more with the cycle for sure

NY REBEL gave you some really good advice. To sum it all up, this is what I recommend for your second cycle.

Weeks 1 - 12
testosterone 500mg/week
EQ 300mg/week
arimosan 12.5mg EOD

Weeks 1 - 4
dbol 30mg/day
n2guard 7 capsules/day

You definitely need to run the perfect PCT if you want to keep all of these gains. Otherwise, a lot will be lost with such a weak PCT as you had originally planned. Also, if you are soo keen on adding more compounds, add some SARMs to the cycle - they will greatly improve the cycle, and there will be no additional side effects.
