7 weeks into Sarms super stack

Beginner Brother
So I'm in week 7 of Mk, LGD, s4, GW. I'm also on Trt from Doctor...Testim 1%, 3 tubes. I KNOW TESTIM GEL IS GARBAGE COMPARED TO LONG ESTER INJECTIONS...this is what is available to me right now. My doctor just switched me to Androgel 1.62%.

I'm also running Aromasin EOD, n2guard, and vitamins, fats , aminos, protein...ect.

I GOT BLOODWORK BACK YESTERDAY.
My total test is 500 and free test is 22.
My liver enzymes are jacked up. I've also been taking Advil pm/ Alieve Pm at night for knee inflammation. NOT SURE WHY WHAT IS CAUSING LIVER ENZYMES TO BE HIGH. Doctor thinks it's the Advil, but I didn't tell him about the sarms or aromasin.

I've seen a lot of progress with the sarms. More muscle, strength, endurance, muscle hardening. I wanted to go 12 weeks but I'm having a hard time with my eyes adjusting to light/ dark. I've stopped S4 for as much as 3 days and still have vision issues...and I'm not referring to the yellow tint either. I can deal with that. I have headaches, and my Teeth tingle???? It feels like my teeth are pulsing... I know it sounds crazy but it's a weird feeling.

I also want to stop after 12 weeks and go to the liquid clo/ nolva I have from sarms1 for a bit of gyno I've had for a while, but I here nolva is liver toxic?.

I could use some direction please.

You may be experiencing some high blood pressure as I can only assume* that this is what may be causing the teeth to pulse (we should never assume ; ) drop down the S4 dosage to help with those vision sides. I have never used creams but exogenous test can raise BP. I have ran Ostarine with GW a few times and never experienced elevated BP. I have never ran S4 or LGD but it sounds like the stack is working for you. You have a good layout - I wish I could give more advice but just listen to your body and treat yourself right - my rule of thumb is if it feels wrong or hurts then change something or lower dosages so you can still maintain homeostasis
 
Thanks stretch512...now that you mention it....the nurse who took my bp yesterday said it was high. I always forget about bp and I'm taking in too much caffeine as well. This seamed to be a problem when I ran PH's in the past.

Keep in mind that most any type of a oral exogenous substance has the potential of being liver toxic. You are taking 4 types of sarms, Aromasin, Advil us any other sups that you may be taking.

There are several logs on the net showing elevated liver values from taking MK (ostarine). It doesn't bother some people but other people having elevated levels.

If the values are high enough to worry you or your doc, then I would drop the sarms and get yourself back in range. Your health is more important than trying finish out a cycle.

You might also look at getting some TUDCA for your liver.
 
I'm taking aromasin for the transdermal testosterone as I am gyno prone. Although I don't know my estrogen level because the lab results still haven't come back on it yet! I was thinking that the aromasin may be overkill with transdermal test.

1. I am not sure what is in Aleve PM but pain medications (such as Tylenol) and cholesterol drugs are more liver toxic then most oral steroids. That is what is causing the high liver enzymes. Stop the advil as soon as possible.
If you have knee pain - start supplementing with 5 capsules n2joint rx per day + 25mg ostarine per day + 3-6g of a high quality fish oil per day

2. Reduce your S4 dosage to 1/2 of what you are using now.

3. Nolvadex won't effect your liver at all. After your SARMS cycle run a mini PCT. 4 weeks of the following:
clomid at 25mg/day
nolvadex at 20mg/day
HCGenerate ES at 5 capsules/day
n2guard at 3 capsules/day

Clomid and nolva ? You dont pct bro your on TRT thats too restart your hpta you are shutdown for life no point

And most dr prefer cypionate injections much better they only usually go with gel because most people are squimish about needles tell him allthe health issues and law suits are related too transdermals and unstable blood levels and you want too switch too cypionate he will do it
 
1. Advil and other NSAIDS rarely affect the liver. Unlike acetaminophen (Tylenol) most NSAIDs are absorbed completely and have negligible first-pass hepatic (liver) metabolism. In other words, the way NSAIDS are metabolized makes liver toxicity (hepatotoxicity) very rare. Estimates are that 1 in 100,000 NSAID prescriptions result in acute liver injury. Generally NSAIDs are very liver-safe. I would be more concerned with kidney damage from NSAIDS than I would be liver damage, but taking it once per day shouldn't hurt unless you are taking a huge dose.

2. Like I said, I would drop everything and get your health back in check.

3. You don't need Nolva, Clomid, Hcgenerate or anything else if you're on trt. PCT will not be necessary.
 
The reason behind the pct is my natural test level is between 250-350 over the past year off of TRT. I actually don't feel that bad off TRT/ libido is good. I've never used clomid and I have a bit of gyno. It was suggested to me to try a full pct and see where my levels are.

Oh okay bro. If you're coming off trt then yeah you need to run a pct. Hope you get everything worked out.

Running a PCT is always a good idea. Even on TRT - it can only benefit you.

Being on TRT does not mean you natural testosterone production is completely shut down. It will be suppressed for sure, but it is most likely still contributing something to your baseline testosterone levels.
 
That is very strange - I have never heard of anyone having problems with the liver due to sarms use. Most probably the other medication you are taking is to blame here. If you got problems with the knee, there is nothing as good as the combo of Ostarine and N2Joints. Seriously, this stack makes miracles. Also, you may take N2Guard to cleanse your liver - it is an awesome and the most complete liver supporting supplement.
 
I was put on Trt mainly for lethargy , joint pain, and ny number is below 375. Apparently below 375 and they'll write the Trt script.

I have a workout today and tomorrow. I finished the LGD and S4 today. That makes a few days short of 5 weeks. I'm gonna run the MK and GW with the Trt for the next 4 weeks. THEN , I'm gonna stop the Trt, and do a full/perfect pct protocol. Then get blood work, and find a doctor who with prescribe the test cyponate shots because my doctor won't.

I may add mk677 for the 4 weeks for healing. Tudca...I already have the n2guard and milk thistle for the liver. MORE WATER AND CUT OUT THE CAFFEINE!! (Note to self!)

I've never heard of nolva and liver issues. Clomid is great for boosting T , together they are great

Are you using Tylenol (acetaminophen) or any cholesterol drugs? Both are more liver toxic then most oral steroids.

Are you drinking alcohol on a regular basis?
 
Man you're results should not look like that if you're taking legit supports. Have you tried swiching it up to compare. Something is not right there.

I don't drink alcohol other than the SARM and the aromasin suspension. I was taking naproxen/ibuprofen. Doctor switched me to Celebrex because it's easier on the organs. I'm not taking cholesterol drugs either. I do however take Synthroid, singular for asthma, lexapro for depression. No partying. Haven't partied in almost 13 years.

If you were taking it around the time of the test that could be why.. I personally don't think those numbers are THAT bad but for what you are running you certainly want to get them a little lower.. Even drinking lemon water throughout the day really helps
