any idea on bpc157 effect dose?

I’m looking to help out with general aches and pains all over my body
hoping you can give me advice on effective dosing on bpc157
now I am not a fool, I’ve done my homework on it. But I’m seeing dosing from 100mcg up to 750mcg per day. If I have general pains all over my body how should I dose it ?

BPC should be around 250mcg ed and 500mcg works as well, start with 250 and go up.

You really need to be using it at 250 mcg minimum per day. At least the first couple weeks.

I would start with a higher dose. Then work your way down as you go.

I've always done well 500 mcg every other day. Make sure you inject the spot.
