Bad PIP on Test C???

I Agree with Casca, 1" is fine for Glutes.
I don't Pin Glutes cause I don't trust anyone else except my Rheumatologist with a Needle.
I don't do Ventro-Glutes, cause I'd have to Dislocate one of my Shoulders.
I do Quads and Delts, it just depends on what I'm Pinning as to my Choice of Locations................... JP
I agree jp, always quads for me. Its hard for me to rotate enough around to properly hit my glutes and my wife aint getting the chance lol. I use 23g 1' and have no problems unless the gears shitty.

I use to only do the Side of the Quads.
I do the Top now also.
I use a Method, kinda like the Z-Track, except, you take 2 fingers & Stretch the Skin Outward, then Pin In-between the Fingers.
I get about 1 or 2 Drops of Blood, it just Seals itself.............................. JP

I got PIP really bad with the Testoprim-D I used while on vacation in mexico. I pinned in my quad and could barely walk for almost a week! It's no fun.

injection night... payed attention to the details of how I did it this time. I find myself massaging the muscle before and after injection... I think this is helping me a lot with lack of pip... also... I'm not in a hurry. I take my time. If my muscle feels tense I stop and wait for a bit... and then inject another notch. Perhaps this slow injection approach is one of the reasons I've been fortunate enough to not have incredibly bad pip. I'm still new... so don't count me the expert or anything... I'm just attempting to analyze how I do it without much pain. There's always a little burn though... it's just dull... faint... not enough to get in the way of my workout or day-to-day walking and such... and usually goes away in a day or two.

I've run 4 cycles over the course of 3 years, and every single one of them I've ran test E. Until this year when I decided to make the switch to cyp. And I got a horrible pip, everytime. I ordered filters and new vial from gpz, along with safflower oil from Med lab. I then proceeded to cut and filter my gear into the new vials. I basically added another ml of safflower oil to each of my injections. The extra oil allowed the hormone to disperse throughout the muscle more efficiently. I still had some pip, but it wasn't nearly as bad. I could walk again. This technique also seemed to eliminate the tumor sized swelling from the hormone not dispersing. all in all it worked great for me.

Agreed, cutting it allows the steroid to have more surface area to disperse itself over.
