Beginner Cycle

Hey guys I'm new to the thread here. I've been working out since the age of 16 (25 now). I ran a 6 week prohormone cycle and 6 weeks of sust 250 and went from 187-198 during that time and kept most of my size while leaning out. I need advice on what would be a good beginner cycle and I'm open to using prohormones or sarms as well. I'm currently 5"9 200 10 percent bf.
 
The article Matt gave you is great but you really don't need a dbol kickstart for a first cycle.

A simple testosterone cycle of 10-12 weeks at 400-500mg/week is your best option for a first cycle. Being new to steroids, your body will hyper respond and you don't need a very aggressive cycle. It's very similar to an 18 year old having their first drink. A single drink really hits them because they have never drank before. However, a more experienced drinker would need much more alcohol to get the same effect.

This sport is all about progression. It's a marathon. You want to start slowly and work your way up. For a second cycle you can do testosterone + an oral as a kick start. For a third cycle you can do testosterone + an anabolic + an oral as a kick start, etc. If you start with a very aggressive cycle right off the bat, where will you go from there when you plateau? By starting slow you leave 'all your aces in the hole' and will be able to make progressive gains for a long time.

Here's what I recommend:

Weeks 1 - 10
testosterone 400-500mg/week
aromasin 10mg every other day

Perhaps, the only thing I would recommend adding to the cycle, is Cardarine GW - it will add a lot of quality to the cycle, will help you get leaner, and will not cause any side effects at all. Therefore, it is a win-win addition to your cycle. The testosterone solo cycle mentioned by @Muskate is the way to go for a beginner - you will get great results with it, and this approach is gradual, so you will have more space to grow eventually.
