Running out of my BCAAs and Glutamine powder. In the market for a new/better amino acid supp. Any suggestions?

Been looking at SciVation Xtend (90 servings) and All of the options on TrueNutrition. Theres just so many options on TN haha. Ideally, I want BCAAs and EAAs and glutamine. Any suggestions for best ones of those 3 from TN?

Any suggestions on the nootropics from TN that people have tried?? Acetyl L-Carnitine? GABA? DMAE? Alpha GPC?

I don't want to disappoint you but I'm gonna be honest with you right now.
You can try which ever bcaa product there is on the market you want and but I doubt you are going to notice any difference between them.

I'm not a fan of BCAA's. I think they are a waste of money and I'd rather spend my money in real food.
There so much else that goes into building muscle than taking bcaa's or whatever product. These supplements are nothing magical, they are just that tiny tip of the iceberg and your overall diet is the foundation of it.

Looking forward to Steve's roast. This time I'm sure it happens.

just like carb powders there is absolutely no reason to use BCAA's during your workouts.. NONE

the body still has to process that shit, USING UP ENERGY. it does more harm than good

this idea that you need to feed yourself during a workout is not only wrong, but it makes zero sense. our ancestors would travel miles chasing down prey for food while hungry. they didn't stop along the way to 'fuel themselves'.. they were running on pure adrenaline. that is how you should work out

You don't want to use BCAA. You want to use EAA.

As for nootropics, noopepet + Acetyl-l-carnitine + alpha GPC + caffeine is an extremely effective stack
