Best Bulking Cycle.

Can you tell me guys what is the best bulking cycle ? ( informative ) . Best Stacks, and duration. Thank you.
 
Have ur friend post up. What have u come up with as the best stack, IN GENERAL?

Bulking is just people's excuse to turn into a fat ass. Why not grow lean? Work a bit harder and put on quality muscle

I have to disagree with this one. I used to try to stay lean and grow at the same time. I gained but it was very slow. I personally am able to lift heavier when I allow myself to put on a few extra pounds. I believe the heavier training allows me to grow a bit faster. Not saying to get fat but losing the six pack for a few months in the winter can lead to some really good gains. I know many enjoy having their abs year round and if I were in a warmer climate may feel the same way.
 
There's a massive difference between a clean bulk, and dirty bulk. Dirty bulking is the shit people do as an excuse to get fat. If you're going to do a bulk, always do it clean. Don't sit around just eating potato chips on your couch while watching "Cops" or some shit. I *can* understand bulking if you need to gain EVERY SINGLE POUND OF MUSCLE POSSIBLE (ridiculously scrawny with no fat, but no muscle either, chance of blowing away in the wind, etc) -- I just generally don't recommend bulking. Especially people who aren't very knowledgeable concerning nutrition. Every time I see someone new to all this go into a bulk, several months later they're begging for a diet for fat loss. In all honesty, with the substances "we" use, there's no reason why you can't stay lean while gaining excellent quantities of muscle.

Cavi, since no one else will actually answer the question, the best stack that is generally regarded as the best for bulking is Test, Deca, and DBol. I'm not sure how far along you are and what your experience is, but if this is going to be your first cycle, I recommend only running Testosterone with a good diet (like Felicity said). Just remember, its best to only add one substance at a time to your stacks. That way you know precisely how you respond. Don't just jump into a cycle using multiple new substances at once bro. And always be sure to learn everything you can before using a new substance! Just looking out for you bro.
 
Just to make sure I'm not misunderstood, when I said your first cycle should be Testosterone with a good diet -- I wasn't saying it as if that's the only time a good diet was necessary. Remember, YOU ALWAYS NEED TO HAVE YOUR NUTRITION AND WORKOUTS PROPER BEFORE YOU CAN PROPERLY REAP THE BENEFITS OF ANABOLICS!
 
Also, without knowing the exact stats that the current individual would have while running a cycle and what not, people won't (at least shouldn't) give you a dose of each substance to utilize. Such info is completely dependent per case. We can't just magically roll out some incredible bulking cycle in a "one-size-fits-all" fashion bro. Just letting you know why you aren't getting solid answers.

Great advice. If it doesn't build muscle then it's probably not good for the diet. My favorite bulker is test cyp/EQ. But being new just test would be best.
 
Any drug can be used to "bulk" or "cut" hell Mike Menzer and other pros from then used deca for as a pre contest drug. It all depends how you react to a drug, how you eat, and how you train.

Me too. The IFBB pros been doing it wrong all these years? lol
 
Nope. They don't get fat. However they aren't always shredded either. That's all I'm getting at. With GH it's very hard to get visibly fat.
No but they maintain visible abs year around. And there gh dose isn't very high in the off season either. They stay sub 12% cause the leaner you can grow the easier it is to diet for a show.

That I agree with as well. 12% isn't fat. Plus I don't even think one should go over about 15% while bulking. It does make it harder to get in shape. Think we just have different ideas of what fat is.
 
Man, if i have a quick metabolism and im ectomorph, for exemple, it s hard to gain fat mostly if u use testosterone that increase again metabolism. If u eat 3.5k+ clean food, and u train like a monster and u use anabolic, u will grow lika a weed without putting on fat. Mostly if u have a quick metabolism and u are ectomorph.
