I'm looking for your advice on the best supplements I can use for my joints. I'm looking for something that will help lubricate them and make them feel good. After my workouts I tend to be in a lot of pain.
Bros, I would get some fish oil in the body. That is the best thing to lubricate the joints. It will help you overall, especially with your knees and elbows.
I would look at doing some bone broth. You can make it at home. I don't really trust the supplement bone broth collagen options that they sell. I would do it yourself.
Joint support is very important. I recommend doing a mixture; at least get something with some omega threes and glucosamine. Those are really good options.
Bone broth/ collagen, Vitamin D, Boron, DHA/fish oil, bio-available curcumin can all help.
Otherwise you could consider going down the peptide route. HGH definitely helps with joint lubrication.
At the end of the day, like @Dreamer mentioned - you need to try and identify the root cause if the issue (i.e., is it hormone-related, a structural pathology, nutrient deficiency, or all of the above).
