Beta alanine

i had one of my classmates do a presentation on beta alanine and made it sound pretty amazing. general claim is it helps with creatine and decreases lactic acid buildup therefore allowing more reps. even claimed to be as good if not better than creatine. i doubt that but was curious if anyone had any experience with it.

It does what it says it does. However, you may not like the tingling sensation.

Yes it has a small benefit on your endurance but not particularly good when it comes to shorter bouts of exercise.
