Pinned the opposite glute today, It felt a little bit "cruchy" if that makes sense. no pip and thats with 2cc of ten a and 1 cc of test prop
Hit chest and back to day, solid strength gains despite re configuring macros and decreasing total cal intake
Hit the bench press hard for higher reps 4 x 15 down to 8 reps then did a killer drop set starting with 10 rep max then droping 25-50lbs each time (no rest) tell I got to 135 where I then knocked out 28 reps (failure) Chest felt like it was going to explode
Did the same with dead lifts
Then incorporated super sets and circuits working on function movements, stability, and endurance alternating from chest circuits to back circuits.
Spent maybe 50 min total lifting (non stop very minimal rest time) and was toast. I should of done 15-20 min cool down on the row are stairs but had nothing left... hehe I almost threw up so I called it quits. I think its important to mention I didnt take my GW sarm, so I noticed a big difference from not taking it the past few days.
Results - Taking in roughly 380 cals less (day 3 now), no notice in strength decrease or muscle fullness but hunger is a little more prevalent but that just comes down to will power. If I hate every time I was hungry while on tren, Lets just say it would be one hell of a bulk.
