do you know how much clenbuterol is supposed to speed up the metabolism in general? I'm thinking of using it.
 
Clenbuterol is a very harsh stimulant that causes a lot of nasty side effects in the majority of users. Not only that, clenbuterol does not differentiate between muscle or fat. You run a serious increased risk of loosing muscle mass when supplementing with it.

Cardarine GW stacked with n2slin is going to be your best option.

Cardarine is drug that binds to the PPAR receptor and is non-hormonal. Cardarine increases the expression of genes involved in the expenditure of energy, stimulates glucose uptake in skeletal muscle tissue and burns fat by stimulating fatty acid oxidation.
N2slin is a non-stimulant fat burner and powerful nutrient partitioner. It increases insulin sensitivity of muscle cells and helps partition the food you eat into muscle cells and away from fat cells.
Take 20mg of cardarine gw per day. 10mg AM 10mg PM
Take 2 tablets N2slin 30 minutes before each meal you eat that contains a significant amount of carbohydrates.

Both are stimulant free and non-hormonal. You need to be careful with all these stimulant based fat burners. Overdoing it on the stimulants will greatly increase cortisol levels and lead to adrenal fatigue. Counterproductive to any fat loss or muscle building goals.
 
Clen is awesome!
start with 20mcg and go up slowly to a max dose of 120-160mcg. Take zma and taurine at night to avoid muscle cramps as that stuff an wake you out of your sleep...

I'm more a fan of albuterol if I'm going to take a stimulant. But muskate has it right. N2Slin and cardarine are great for cutting. I would highly suggest that in lieu of clen
 
It is a terrible, terrible idea to use compounds for purposese they were not meant for. Albuterol, clenbuterol, ephedrine, T3/4 were not meant for fat loss, and it is a very bad idea to use excessive dosages of these compounds for fat loss. As a result, you get lots of side effects, tricky cycles, and loss of muscle mass. Remember, these compounds are not selectively catabolic, so they don't only burn fat, but also your lean mass, which is not cool. I don't understand why would anyone use them, when you have much safer alternatives that were created for fat loss. Take Cardarine GW-501516 for example - it was meant for recomp, and it really shines there without any side effects at all. The best part of it is that it only burns fat, and maintains lean mass. Most of the times it will even increase lean mass. Furthermore, it gives an amazing boost to endurance and recovery, helping you even better to lose fat.
 
Can some one please send me a link where clenbuterol is catabolic? Please thanks! When dieting for nationals Clen did wonders so did t-3 these drugs where obviously not meant to burn fat,nether is deca or tren but we still use them for muscle building purposes.

The sides are nasty but the stuff works well. If its catabolic I didn't notice. I heard claims its anti-catabolic also. There are definitely much better options than clen though, I agree. Lots of research out there that bash clen so make sure you read up on it and know what you re getting into.

catabolic? I don't think so, lol!!! And yeah... About their uses and what they're made for does not change how effective they are in real life. Bodybuilders have decades of use to confirm this and in the end, that's what matters...
 
I love when people say clen is awesome. ....it's like saying drinking a bottle of vodka is awesome. Sure you feel great for a few hours but inside your body is under so much stress and begging you to stop. Same with clen. ...yes it works, but with so much risk and side effects. Why would you want to put your body thru that.

Take muskates advice and go with gw and n2slin. All the results without harming your health.

No, clen does not boost your metabolism per se. What it does do, is increases your bodies temperature, thus burning more calories. Per 1 degree is about 5% maintenance calories burned I do believe.

As far as the sides, I am unsure of what all these people take.. seems like they push the limits considering how afraid they are of it.. I get the common hand tremors and some cramps but, those were mainly in the beginning.. I run about 120mcg right now and drink close to 2 gallons of water a day, I feel fine.
I will say I wouldn't take too much pre on it, I do start to feel sick if I take clen and overload on Pre.

I'm sorry that you feel that way. I will reassure you that I am not endorsed, sponsored or paid in any type of way by any companies promoted on this forum.

I will also reassure you that I used most of these products before I even became a member here with the exception of a few.

I know a few of these guys on this forum and I can tell you that they are not "shoving " product down your throat. They are trying to promote better options, safe alternatives and proper support so that people are harming themselves.

I do belive that most of these products thatare being mentioned sell themselves with excellent results. I have used many products in my day and I can tell you that if I didn't like it or thought it was beneficial to me, I simply did not buy it again.

No one is holding a gun to your head saying you must use this product....it's your choice. You do what is best for you and your needs, goals etc.

I'm happy that clen is working well for you.

Are you taking any aas if so clenbuterol is an awesome fat burner and helps hold on to muscle when dieting, start of at 20mcg for 7-10days and increase it 20mcg every 7-10days, and for advance users don't go any higher than 100-140mcg over time that amount maybe to much for you if your sensitive to stimulants so be extra careful.

Ask 10 doctors or 10 gurus about any steroids hgh clenbuterol and you will get 10 different answers, not completely different but you know what I mean, its like asking Ronald McDonald's if he knows anything about hamburgers, stick to people who have used the drug several times and make sure you always do your home work very important

Vodka or alcohol is mind altering clen is NOT so its a stupid comparison to make,
 
20-80mcg for dosing be careful. Start very low dude and use proper measuring tool. **** MEASURED IN ( mcg ) ****** very important.
