I'm planning on taking clenbuterol in order to lose fat... any suggestion on how to do my cycle and the dosage i should take?

I'm 5"6 and weight 158 lbs but have fat around my stomach and waist that is bothering me. would clenbuterol help?
 
I've used Clen before and it gave me an energy crash and also crazy cramps! I took the necessary potassium and taurine as well as liquid calcium from a special vitamin site. I personally stopped taking it years ago and just focused on clean diet and weight training/cardio for a 500 calorie burn a day (ended up being 55 minutes) and got really tight and visible abs. Not saying you'd need that much cardio as you gauge it based on your needs but you can try that plan along with the sarms and get to where you want to be. It shouldn't take very long to get your waist tighter based on your weight and goal and then you just enhance your goal by getting more diced or lean build from there.
 
Since nobody is answering the f'in question, here's the answer....
start with 20mcg go up in little amounts every 5 days or so. This way you don't feel super wired and can sleep.

Taurine to avoid cramps, drink 1.5 gallons of water every day. (No need for them retarded 1Gallon jugs though....)


Stuff works big time, don't let people fool you otherwise, get second opinions from other sources as well.
 
IMO Ritchie is correct. I lost 17 lbs in 2 weeks with no noticeable muscle loss. I know most on here will tell you it is a wieght loss compund so you will loss muscle with the fat. But... did not notice the muslce loss and definatley did not loss strenght. Get the Taurine and drink water. The cramps are no joke.
Can't speak on the SARM's fat burner never used it.
 
Clen and T3 for awesome fat burning. I haven't used SARMS so I can't give you info on those. I agree with starting out at 20 mcg of clen.
 
All these compounds, such as clenbuterol, albuterol, ephedrine, t3/4 - none of them were ever meant for fat loss. Therefore, they will cause a lot of side effects at the dosages that you need to take for fat loss. Besides, one of their major downsides is that they will also eat up your lean mass too - not only fat. Better use something that was created for fat loss or recomp, such as Cardarine GW. It is a very effective fat burner, it will even increase lean mass, and will not cause any side effects at all. Additionally, you get with cardarine such benefits as endurance, recovery, and cardio performance. Therefore, it is a much better alternative. Also, if you combine it with N2Slin you will get some pretty amazing results.

I agree. Cardarine GW stacked with n2slin is going to be your best option.

Cardarine is drug that binds to the PPAR receptor and is non-hormonal. Cardarine increases the expression of genes involved in the expenditure of energy, stimulates glucose uptake in skeletal muscle tissue and burns fat by stimulating fatty acid oxidation.
N2slin is a non-stimulant fat burner and powerful nutrient partitioner. It increases insulin sensitivity of muscle cells and helps partition the food you eat into muscle cells and away from fat cells.
Take 20mg of cardarine gw per day. 10mg AM 10mg PM
Take 2 tablets N2slin 30 minutes before each meal you eat that contains a significant amount of carbohydrates.

Both are stimulant free and non-hormonal.


If you go against my advice and decide to use clenbuterol, start with a low dosage such as 20mcg/day and use that dosage for 2 weeks. Every 2 weeks increase your dosage by 10-20mcg. Don't use clenbuterol longer then 10 weeks total.
 
Clen can be used effectively yes, I would start at 20mcg/day and increase every 3rd day 2 weeks on 2 weeks off
 
I know I'm just a newbie to the forum and I am by far any real expert but my last show I used clean and it had been the first time, I will say I definitely noticed a huge difference when using it. I did get bad cramps right away as my dose approached 60mg but the taurine did keep it in check. I did exactly what ritchie said as far as dose goes and trust me you definitely still feel it when you are on your two weeks off. Hope this helps
 
I can only use it for 5 days on then 5 off. At 20-40 mcg. The headaches I experience are too intense and I vibrate out of the chair. I am always afraid my wife will notice me dropping food off my fork. Lol. The sides are a little much for me. I plan to do a sarms 1 triple stack in the spring. Maybe it will work as they say but without the sides.
