I have good experience with supplements, particularly Controlled Labs products. I can say that Purple Wraath is decent, but as gearhead said I don't really like proprietary blends. I prefer to know EXACTLY how much of what I am getting. I tend to use stuff like Xtend moreso than Wraath because it tells you how much of what aminos are in there. Wraath is not bad and I am confident it is more than pixie dusted because CL is a good company. At the same time though, you don't know what the Leucine: Isoleucine: Valine ratio is. I prefer 8:1:1 because Leucine is far more significant than the other two, but you have to have all 3 to work effectively. Most companies make a 2:1:1 or 4:1:1 which are fine but Leucine is more important. With Wraath you just don't know how much of each you have in there.
Beta Alanine is an awesome supplement but you need 6.2grams per day taken over two doses to get the full effect. This has like...maybe 2g in it tops probably less. Citrulline Malate is great as well but I like it at 10 grams this is probably around 500mg up to 1g tops.
Like most supplements, it is going to help, but it isn't going to help very much.
