Controlling BP and Hemoglobin (without being able to donate blood) when pushing body weight up

Got a full blood panel check. Hemaglobin came in at 185 that was 1 day after it was tested at Red Cross at 200. Everything else is within a healthy range. I’ve been referred to a hematologist I’ll be telling him to take some blood out since.

These doctors will break your balls for taking some peds but say fuck all to smokers, fat cunts and ppl who are constantly on the piss.
