Supplemental creatine is a combination of the three amino acids glycine, arginine, and methionine. After ingesting the creatine supplement, the creatine molecule binds with a phosphate molecule to form creatine phosphate.

There is so much misinformation on creatine it makes my head spin. Take 5-10g of creatine per day. There is no need to load it or cycle it. When you take the creatine doesn't matter but the best time to supplement with it is pre and post workout as your body is the most inclined to absorb nutrients at that time.

Taking a high protein diet without sufficient water can out stress on liver and kidneys so dont worry,. just drink plenty of water and enjoy the creatine
Unless you take some incredible amounts of creatine, it won't hurt you at all. But then again - anything can hurt you in excessive amounts, so there is nothing to worry about when there is moderation.
