I am 30 years old and have been working out for about 14 years, 10 of them more seriously then the first four. I started working out for football in high school and never stopped. This is my 4th cycle. First was test only about 3 1/2 years ago followed by test e and what was suppose to be anavar but turned out to be winstrol and for the 3rd cycle I attempted again to get anavar to go with test e but I'm pretty sure it was just sugar pills (FML), so I have given up on that, hence the Tbol. I have played around with prohormones/prosteroids but prefer the real thing. I have started using PHAT format for my workouts and switch up my lifts about every 4 wks. I am 5'11", 190-195 lbs, and stay around 10-12% body fat via calipers. I am more towards the 12% right now and want to get down to 10% before I start the mast e. Right now I'm at about 250-300g protein, 150-200g carbs, and 75-100g fat a day. I am a pretty clean eater and most of my calories are quality. With that being said I think diet is something I need to work on. I am currently about two weeks into this cycle but I just thought I would put it out there and see if anyone had any critiques, comments, or insults haha. As for effects up to this point I have a little ball shrinkage, sex drive of a 16 year old, had a nasty cold, some minimal strength gains and pretty good pumps in the gym. Sadly to say I didn't do any pre labs and probably want do any mid cycle labs (I am being lazy and cheap👎)but I will do post labs. My goal is to get down to about 7-8% BF, gain about 8-10lbs, and of course keep as much as I can. Thanks for any input.

The only thing I would do differently is throw nolva into your PCT as well. A liver protector to if your not already using something

Typically I would say to start the HCG sooner but since you are not running a very strong cycle with any 19nor's you'll be fine like you are

So this is my first time using hcg but I really want to have a smooth recovery. What is everyone's real life experience with it, does it make a major difference?

That's what I will be doing with mine. Should have a full write up soon. I will be starting hcg about two weeks before last pin.

Oh yeah one more question. With the Aromasin, run that up to the day I start my clomid and Nolva right?

Yes or you can run a low dose alongside your serms. I'd add in some sort of natty t boost though like hcgenerate is makes a huge difference and really helps with well being because serms make you moody sometimes

20 weeks? I'm confused. But otherwise, why not run mast from beginning?

I consider my pct as part of my cycle. So 14 wks AAS, 2 wks between AAS and PCT and then 4 wk PCT. Sorry for the confusion. I was thinking about running the mast the whole time but decided against it BC I was 12% body fat and I have always heard that if you weren't 10% or under it was pointless. This is my first time using mast so I wasnt sure what to go with, so I figured I would start and try to put some lean size on before jumping on the mast. Do you think I would have been better off running it the whole time bc I wanted too? I'm 10-11% right now and 9 days out before starting the mast, should I just go ahead and start it? I'm good with buying more. Also what do you think about adding winny in two weeks before I get to the end of my Test/mast and running the winny up to my pct? That would be a month of winny. This is only my fourth cycle so I dont want to over do it?

Personally dude I like it as is, no need for winny and it's trouble for your goals, or at least at this time. Looks good, well thought out, diet seems solid, and I like he sports background. A. You know how hard you REALLY can push, and B. (well there are a million advantages) chances are you had a good strength coach who took the time to really drill propper form on basic fundamental lifts. Be safe and good luck bro

Thanks man. I agree, being involved in sports for the bulk of my life has definitely shaped me in many ways. And yes my strength and speed coach definitely formed my gym rat habits.
