Alright guys here's my first Evo log.
I've been bulking naturally for the past four months hence the fatass 18% I'm currently sitting on. I'm ecto as they come so the fact I got to this was a triumph on its own but I've well and truly plateaued now so here we are.
My diet is extremely clean, macros posted daily below.

Weight - 166 lbs
Body fat - 18 %
Arms - 14"


Plan;


4 Weeks Dbol @ 30mg / day

N2Guard during Dbol @ 7 caps ED

13 Weeks Test E @ 500mg / week

AI - Aromasin as needed


PCT= 10 days after last pin


Nolva @ ED 40/20/20/20/10mg

In my opinion, calories are way too high for your bf% you really shouldn't even be running gear until you are down to at least 15%. I would work on cutting a bit even if you continue with this cycle. Personally, I would stop the cycle and save it for a better time. Just my opinion.

Guy,how about you tell everyone about yourself! What's your training age? I mean you stated a 4 month natural bulk? Are you saying you been training four months? How tall are you? How old? Give us something! Your diet seems a bit much given your current weight!

Boys there's no need for so many negs. 3600 calories isn't as much as your making it out to be, I barely gain on this at all - I work in construction so I'm burning them like they're nothing.
To answer your questions I'm 5'7 & 28.
The whole idea of this cycle is to continue my bulk, cutting is not an issue for me.
 
The calories is not the issue its the 18% body fat you need to watch your bp this is just going to be very hard on your body. No ones being negative, bulk doesn't mean get to be a fat ass. You should never go above 15 at a max. You don't need to be bulking or cutting you just need to add muscle.

Nah that's fair enough, I can drop my Calories down to 3000 - P-238g, C-422g, F-45g.
If I do this & throw in some cardio at night I should be able to get back to 15% pretty easily.
Are those macro ratios in a better area or would you still change it?
 
It's your body if that works for you and you feel good then go with it! If you stall change it up only you know your body. Keep logging I'll follow just watch your bp!

Week 1 Day 3

Alright so I've dropped my calories down from 3600 to 3000 so I can aim at getting my body fat back down from 18% to around 15% - thank you guys for bringing this up! (mind you I'm f-hungry)

I ended up taking 12.5mg Aromasin before bed on day two - I'll be keeping this up EOD.

Stopped in to see a doctor this afternoon as well & got a referral to get my bloods checked so I'll be popping in there midway next week to get them done. I didn't think to write down my blood pressure but did notice my resting heart rate is sitting in the 90's - I'm normally down near the 50-70's so I'll be keeping an eye on this.

Just make sure u have your cycle planned properly. Dbol is a very strong and can lead to lots of sides. Trust me. I've learned the hard way.

I'm using 7caps of N2Guard AM & PM everyday plus 12.5mg of Aromasin EOD so hopefully that has me covered.
Is there anything from your experiences with dbol that I should really keep an eye out for?
I actually have a little bit of discomfort in my stomach area which I'm putting down to the dbol - from what I've read quite a few people experience this. I was thinking about having a day off the dbol bit have decided to keep it constant so I don't fluctuate my hormone levels.
Again just keeping an eye on it & seeing how I go, it's very early days atm.
 
OK there's a few people commenting saying I need to lean out.. 18 is too high..
I'm four days in - now do I continue with everything and just lean out over the next couple weeks while still on cycle? orrr do I come off for those few weeks & then jump back on?

I think you should come off and build a stronger base. But it sounds like you will most likely not listen to me so whatever. Keep your estrogen levels in check, your test dose at 250mg looks good and take less dbol or take something like Anavar instead.

Like it's all up to you if your on your on maybe drop the dbol and run just test or if you want to keep it it's your body just keep your stuff in check. Go check your bp once every few days for you things like that obviously it's not optimal but 90% of people don't start at an optimal place or correctly

Overall, the cycle is looking good. However, you should always be using Aromasin, or any other AI, from the first days of the cycle, and not wait for the side effects to appear. It is much easier to prevent them rather than to deal with them.

I would stay away from clen. First of all, it was not meant for fat loss, and it may cause lots of side effects. Besides, it is pretty tricky to use if you want efficient results, and you would need to add Ketotifen, which is yet another drug to take. Furthermore, clenbuterol has catabolic properties, and consequently it burns not only fat, but also lean mass, which is not cool. Cardarine GW-501516 is a much better alternative - it was meant for these purposes, has no side effects, and has such awesome benefits, as lean mass gains, and enhanced cardio-endurance-recovery. Most importantly, it only burns fat, preserving your lean mass.
 
How does Clen burn lean mass? I've used it countless times for prep even for nationals never thought it burned lean mass maybe t-3 can you show me a arrival where Clen burns lean mass would like to read that learn more about it!

Since you already started your cycle, I would finish off your cycle but drop the dbol. Keep your calories around 3k per day and focus on making this a cutting cycle.

Cardarine gw at 20mg/day (10mg AM 10mg PM) would be a good addition to your cycle. http://www.evolutionary.org/cardarine/

I would NOT add Clenbuterol to your cycle.

Keep dosing aromasin at 12.5mg EOD. After your cycle run the perfect PCT protocol: http://www.evolutionary.org/the-perfect-post-cycle-therapy-pct/

I'm only one pin(250mg) into this so far, so jumping off right now shouldn't have any consequences on my HPTA.
I've already got everything on hand that I need for a bulking cycle including my PCT. Money's a factor so I just can't justify using my test & PCT on a cutting cycle. I feel it's probably best to just put everything on hold until I'm down to the 10-12% range & then have at it!
I was actually hoping you might chime in sooner or later! Following your progress mate & you're definitely a source of my motivation.

Yeah I was taking them 4 hours after my orals. There's a good article on here about DBol & how to approach dosage timing with support as well so I was following that.
I've jumped off the cycle for now so I can get my body fat down to a better percentage & once I'm there I'll be ready to get back into it.
I based my cycle pretty well off Evo articles lol - timing, dosages, PCT, AI's.. All the info's here, the mods have done a bang on job putting this site together!

I wrote a huge post.. but decided to just write this.. because honestly.. the shit I was about to say was gross..
TL:DR

Don't use gear if you're over 15%bf..

Alright guys here's an update on where I'm at.

I have added very little cardio into my training, maybe once a week max but I've been more set on working the calorie deficit - it's doing its job.

Macros:
P-220g
C-120g
F-50g

I am basing my body fat percentage off the 3 point skin fold method.

14/10/15 - 170lbs
Chest 8.8mm, Mid 26mm, Thigh 28.4mm
18.5% Body fat

15/11/15 - 160lbs
Chest 5.8mm, Mid 18.8mm, Thigh 24.6mm
14.5% Bodyfat

I'm planning on continuing this for another month or so & seeing where I'm at coming up to Christmas.
Looks like I'll be ready to go in the new year.

bro those are good ratios...stick to them, under 100grams carbs and over 200 grams protein...perfect synergy...though can do 250grams/protein...

Gearhead, I'm planning my meals for my bulk and just wanted to get your advice on macros & what my targets should be.
My last bulk was off cycle & was very controlled but I had sauces, breads, & a bunch of other delicious add ons to make it easier but this time around I want to keep it ultra clean while on cycle. I was punching 3500-4000 calories previously.

I've just put together a meal plan for this clean bulk & the numbers I'm at so far are;
Total Calories - 3100
P - 286
C - 355
F - 67

Does this seem like a good plan or would you tweak it?

I've always been under the understanding it was supposed to be protein at 1.5-2g per lb of bodyweight & then just blast the carbs to get the calories to where you want..
I'm still learning mate so I'll take you're advice on this one & flip them around but dyu reckon that's a good target while on?

bro having more carbs isnt always good...high protein is a much better option for lean growth...
