Diet on cycle

I am so excited. Starting my first cycle on Sunday. Doing a test cycle (PSL- Great order process) at 500 mg/week. Have everything lined up with the help of EVO forms!!! I have blood completed and will get/post on cycle bloods at 8 weeks.

Current stats 52 5'9 185. I have been working hard for over a year and now my BF is down to 12.8%. Really took to hart the advice on Evo to get BF down before cycle. I have been 500-750 calories in deficit per day since December. Eating really clean. Macros at 40/40/20.

My goal is to put on very lean muscle mass. I do not want to put any fat on since I have been working so hard to get BF to 12%. I do want to grow and look good at beach over the summer!

What is the advice on calories and Macro %? This is a 12 week Cycle. I do have some var for the last 4 weeks.
 
bro have you thought of doing the evolutionary diet? and really cutting carbs back to lean out fast...

I've been doing this diet a couple of times, and it ripps you like hell. Also, for some reason I felt much more energetic when I was following it. It is a win-win diet if you manage to follow it properly.

I am a high carb, high protein, moderate fat type of guy. I find that works best for most people. It just makes sense to me. Carbs fuel muscle contractions.

I would recommend bringing your calories back up to maintenance and keep the macros at 40 protein, 40 carb, 20 fat.

With running the gear you won't gain any body fat (if anything you'll lean out) and put on some significant muscle mass with maintenance calories.

That being said, WHAT you eat is just as important as how much. Post what your current diet looks like.
